I have been working with an Amy Schalla on a couple of insurance items. Amy has been outstanding and very patient with my questions and explaining everything to me, sometimes two or three times before I fully understand. I was give three quotes for three separate items to insure and so far I have switched one over due to the savings Amy found for me. I have to add that not only did she find me a substantial savings, but with more coverage. She is currently looking at other options for the other two items. I have already recommended Amy and Knight Magee to others.

I have been working with KMI for my business insurance for many years, and they have been wonderful. I recently had some issues with my personal insurance coverage: home, auto, and umbrella, and asked KMI to work with me on those policies. At the end of the day, I wish I had done this sooner. They were able to get me the coverage I wanted and they saved me a significant amount in premium costs. They are the best!

Our experience began with a meeting with Sierra Knight McGee.We got to know Sierra, and she got to know us. From that starting point, we shared our overall goals and concerns with our then current insurance provider, whom we had done business with for over 30 years.At first, our primary frustration with our past provider was that we had moved from the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area to a very rural part of Virginia, and that move produced minimal change in the cost of our automobile coverage.It wasn’t until Sierra began to review each of our bundled services that we became enlightened with where our coverage was appropriate and where there were deficiencies. I use KMI for all my insurance needs...for one reason. I think Sierra Knight-Magee is one of the brightest young ladies I have ever encountered in the insurance business, or any other business. She is knowledgeable, she is thorough, she follows up...and she knows that you can have the best product or service on earth, but if you don't deliver it properly and you don't back it up with quality customer service....you won't have a lasting relationship with your customer.

Knight Magee Insurance has been a great company to do bussiness with. From car repair to the house. I would like to give a brief statement. In 2020, I had a stroke. I was away from my house for three years. During that time, we had a flood downstairs when the sump pump failed. They came through and helped us repair our house. Thus, I will continue to be with them!
