Hannah is knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, and made shopping for my husband's suit a very pleasant experience. When I explained our situation, she went above and beyond to get my husband a suit that was very affordable, fit perfectly, and in the color he wanted. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend going there and dealing directly with Hannah!

Did not appreciate walking into the store and then I had a lady come up to me and asked me if I needed help which is perfectly fine but when I say no, I’m OK I’m just looking for traditional suits and then follow us over to the traditional suits and continues, trying to sell me on stuff and treating me nearly as if I was stupid and had never done this before. I literally came into the store looking for cheaper suits. I just wanted to grab one and go, but I was so turned off by the fact that we were bombarded we walked away..

They failed to do the alteration on a suit for the Father of the Bride! Today is Thursday, the wedding is Saturday. ?

I purchased a suit in mid August from the Jos A Bank store in Midlothian, VA. The salesman was professional and helped me get fitted. The pants and blazer needed alterations, which is normal for me. The salesman took my measurements and told me the suit would be ready on September 4th. I attempted to pick up the suit on September 7th, which was three days after the suit was supposed to be ready. The suit was not ready on September 7th. The lady at the counter asked the alterations person when the suit would be ready and she was told late afternoon on September 7th. I returned to the store on September 8th and the suit was ready. I didn’t have time to try the suit on before I left the store. When I tried the suit on later that day, the pants were too short. I decided not to go back to the store to get the pants done correctly. I asked the salesman why I didn’t receive a call or text message letting me know that the suit was not going to be ready on the day it was supposed to be done. I did not receive an answer. The store did not offer me anything to compensate for my suit not being ready. The store had almost 2 weeks to complete the alterations or call me if the suit was not going to be ready. I don’t intend to use this store location in the future.

The customer service was poor. Two employees with no one else in the store and they were preoccupied by their cell phone and dressing a mannequin. And then after I got sizing I was asked what was the next step and when I said that I’d be back during a possible sale they were having for Labor Day (which is 5 days away), he was rude after that when I wasn’t purchasing today. So I was planning to purchase two suits for my sons, which would have been about a $1100 purchase, but I won’t be purchasing from there.

Me and my fiance came in looking for a suit for our wedding and the new store manager Hannah went above and beyond for us! She was so kind and helpful in the process. We left with an amazing suit and an incredible experience :)

We had a pleasant experience at this location for my fiancés suit fitting for the wedding, and getting the wedding party rental set up. Jim’s help and expertise was phenomenal and brought so much ease to the experience.

Still great service and quality suits. Very helpful and knowledgeable for mensware, can fit you, have wide shoes in stock. The clearance pricing makes quality clothing equal to or less than the price of a department store. Been shopping at this location for years and will continue to do so.
