Unprofessional, won't return messages. Someone else at AXA was using my social security number, and I couldn't get my retirement account manager, Trevor Roberts, to return any of my calls or emails. Don't trust them with your money.

I have been using Jones & Roberts for tax preparation, payroll, and investments for a few years now. The entire staff is excellent....they are easy to get a hold of whenever I need something, and great at their jobs. Having all of those services in one place makes my job much easier!

I have used them for three years now. Very thorough. My tax situation is complicated as we have a small business and multiple investment accounts. They also provided investment advice free of charge since we are a current tax customer.

With very simple tax filing, the first year, I was told by owner, that I would be charged around $150 and ended up paying $185 I believe. However, a few hundred dollars were added each year afterwards to my charges without discussing the extra fees with me first and when I asked why, I was told that it was because of my big refund at the end of year. This was not because of their amazing tax work and rather because of my W2 elections, etc. I stopped going to them when charges went up to mid $400 & decided to do my own taxes. Also, her fillings was not always error free and once I was notified by IRS of the error and another time by the office (hope you have not mailed your return yet as we found errors).
