It just seemed to take longer than it should have, I am just not impressed overall with the nissan experience, they don't work with you at all, try to help you when it comes to financing, etc...If I had to do it over i probably wouldn't have done buisness with nissan but i'm stuck with it now so there ya go.

Good Day…I was in an emergency situation…No warning signs and my battery died, a miracle that God started my truck upon my prayer, the second miracle is, I called Hyman Bros Nissan in the middle of the end turnpike, spoke to Jim in the Service Dept… explain what it happened and that I was in route about 35 minutes away from the dealership coming from the other side of town, he said come on they diagnosed indeed it was my battery. Within an hour and a half diagnosis completed new battery installed and I was able to leave promptly to get home to care for my mother!Every experience since I have purchased my truck from this dealership over the last five years has been just like this one! What was unique about this time is that this was an emergency and they got me on the same day!Blessed and fortunate to know, such good compassionate, caring people! While they’re Mr. William King also assisted me with a future appointment of other important items to take care of on my truck! He and his team Marcus are unquestioned, and some of the best people I have ever known in an industry like this to work with!So grateful for everyone from sales to service with this company to work with for my auto needs!God bless you thank you Jim and William!

I walked into Hyman Bros Nissan and was happily greeted by representative Tracy Anderson on the lot. He graciously greeted my family and I and helped me pick out my dream car. He was honest during the deal process, well mannered, attentive, and ready to answer any question I had. Tracy also stayed true to himself and kept his word with any piece of information he had regarding the process of purchasing my vehicle. I purchased my 2023 Nissan Kicks on September 16th 2023 and have since told everyone I know about to great customer service and salesmanship I’ve received from Hyman Bros Nissan. Thank you again Mr. Tracy Anderson and thank you Hyman Bros Nissan for one of the greatest moments of my life.

Every person I met in the service department was welcoming and considerate. The issue I was concerned about was taken care of in less time than I thought it would.Great experience overall.

This place sincerely disturbs my soul ,I have never experienced the most unprofessional establishment in my life. I purchased a new vehicle before I moved to Virginia and my service contract has free oil changes and tire rotations for 3 years. Previously they would do the services and I be on my way, often with me personally calling back up here the first two times to make sure they were paid from the warranty company and if they weren’t I told my service advisor to call me personally if you have any issues and I would be right back up here to make sure they get their money, even if it result to me paying out of pocket and going back after the warranty company. now who would do that.. nobody. Every time I come to Hyman bros Nissan which makes my 3rd or 4th time I have had issues. From notes not being left in the system after I’m being told they will be, I am constantly having to repeat the same thing every single time I come here. The staff gets rude because they have to actually do their jobs versus being all huddled up conversing about being hungover and attending a party the night before and petting dogs vs working. Let’s not get on the cell phones and when you ask a question, the looks you get. It truly saddens me that this is where customer service has come to settling for employees who no longer takes pride in their work. I am so glad this will be my LAST time coming here or else I would loose my mind having to deal with these people and their nasty attitudes.Upon my arrival I provided all the documents, care plan and all of my receipts from prior visits so they have everything they need and yet I am approached and says oh idk what time they open to call. I ended up calling my damn self. I mean even down to the office cashier staff no one wants to work, ugh but yet I see raving reviews on how great they are… WHERE??? I must need to come when the General Manager is here. I waited to post as I’m sure had this been visible while my car was in the back all of a sudden I’m sure my brand new car practically would come out with the check engine light or something on or left a tire loose as retaliation to get money out of me. I spent a total of 3 hours which 2 hours were waiting for them to receive payment which I verified myself from the warranty company they you have to call them for quicker service vs sending an email waiting for a response while you are texting the entire time. Which I assume is the service manager. Just doesn’t make any sense how you have to wait for authorization to do the services then hold me for hours while you wait for them to pay if you verified the warranty to grant authorization. They definitely do not get paid to think that’s for sure. 40 mins later the service manager continues to say I have not got a response, my service advisor calls them and boom I’m all set. What a disgrace and lack of courtesy. Invest in people who actually want to work and know the true meaning of customer service, please and thank you.

I decided to come here to buy my first car that I’ve ever purchased from a dealership and also my first big purchase as an adult. I bought a Jeep from them coming up in its 1st anniversary! As many would think it would be exciting I’ve literally dealt with nothing but constant headache since dealing with them. After buying the car and it still being under warranty I brought it back to the dealership because I thought a few things didn’t feel quite right and wanted them to take a look while it was under warranty and had only been a weekend that I had it. They give me a call back and say everything is working to code that I mentioned. I still have that receipt where I mentioned a noise in the engine and the Jeep feeling overall wobbly. A few months later after the warranty has now expired my engine blows, all hoses collapsed, radiator cracked, literally a 2 page paper of problems. I take it to a different auto shop to deal with it since the dealership stopped being helpful. Once they got under the Jeep they could see clay mud caked all inside the engine and hoses. They took many pictures which I still have and said there’s absolutely no way the dealership didn’t know about this. I go back to the dealership and tell them and they basically just tell me it’s not their problem anymore after I literally mentioned to them I think something was going on with the engine and after the supposedly looked at it for two days. I end up having to fix it myself after having it sit in the shop for 7 months… spending another 12k on a car I hadn’t even had for 4 months. I got it back about a week ago and what do you know. Right on cue I’m on the side of the highway at 2am because the Jeep is broken down. Looking back I definitely was a little naive with everything you should be looking for when buying a used car from a dealership. But I can’t help but feel absolutely done wrong especially after bringing it in while it was under warranty and mentioning to them the exact things that cost me 12k. I literally don’t understand how this can even be legal. Definitely a first car buying experience I’ll never forget because I’ll never stop paying for it. Im honestly thinking about pursuing legal action at this point. Im 27yrs old (26 when the Jeep was purchased) and have dumped all the money I’ve saved up in my he last year into this car.

I flew from Colorado to pick up an is300 and to my surprise the car had multiple touch ups done to the paint that were done so poorly it looked like they colored it in with marker. This was after I explicitly asked the sales women to send me pictures of any other flaws in the paint that I didn’t see. This dealership also said they were putting a new bumper on the car because it had a “deep scratch” on it. This seemed a little strange but I unfortunately trusted them. After getting there the bumper didn’t even line up with the headlights there was a quarter inch gap between them. Frustrated at this point I just wanted to go home so I figured they either broke or missed clips that I could figure out myself. But come to find out a year later when trying to sell the car that they lied during this process and they also pulled the car fax before reporting it was in an accident. Good to know this place is more shady than the black market. Of course when trying to contact the manager in charge I never got a response.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process and answered any questions that I had. One of the best service experiences I have had at a dealership.

Taz went above and beyond.Once he knew exactly what we were looking to purchase for our daughter he was on it.He remembered seeing a sentra come off the truck but it was not on the lot.He searched for it until he found it. Took us to it and found the key.Taz is very professional and knowledgable about the Nissan brand. He was very polite during the whole process. Thank You Taz.

Run run run. I was trying to help my 82-year old mother-in-law who is a veteran buy a car here after she bought a 2016 Nissan versa here .But three weeks ago someone hit her and totaled her car. So I told her buy a new car, so I decided to call them up. The salesman Darryl seemed really nice at first he had his sales manager Greg Jones send me there price and they told me they could match someone else's price. I sent them a price from loyalty Nissan and that's when the communication ended. They never responded to my over 10 phone calls and emails. I finally talked to one salesman and I said the decent thing to do is if you would not want to match someone else's price at least send me a email and tell me we cannot do that but just not to respond is childish and unprofessional. I'm 47 years old retired living in Valencia Spain and I have a business in Richmond Virginia I started when I was 29 years old and I retired when I was 39 years old and my brother runs the business now, we are known for our customer service. I always responded to phone calls and emails. Loyalty Nissan also was terrible. You can read my review. I found CMA colonial in Charlottesville thank goodness. My eighty two-year-old mother-in-law just had a Nissan Sentra delivered to her. It was cheaper than a Nissan versa from loyalty Nissan and only a couple hundred dollars more Than Hyman Brothers for a Nissan versa so she ended up getting a better car delivered to her. My only advice would be before you buy any cars from Hyman brothers and loyalty please check out CMA colonial and talk to Laura. She always picked up the phone and responded to my emails. it's terrible how these people treated and 82 year old veteran.
