We stayed there for one night on 10/23/24. The day shift, front desk lady, Alisha (sp?) was extremely helpful and so nice. The night shift front desk man and the female manager were also extremely nice.
My husband is a diamond member so it’s nice to get the free waters and good parking. My only issue is the mattress was hard. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. No give at all. My husband likes a firm mattress and has no complaints. So next time I will simply ask for a few more pillows to pile around me. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again!
Rooms: Clean and smell nice.
Nearby activities: Very close to many restaurants and stores.
Safety: It’s in a good part of town, as far as I could tell. Well lit parking lot.
Noteworthy details: The front desk staff is extremely friendly. We stay in hotels a lot so that was very refreshing!

Was very pleased with this hotel. We used reward points for the room. It was excellent. Check in and out was effortless. Keyless entry. The breakfast was good, well appointed, variety and convenient.

Normal Hampton property, nice, relatively quiet area. Only negative is lack of outdoor seating. When you travel constantly, outdoor seating is highly desired.
Rooms: Very Large king studio with wet bar.
Safety: Feels safe.
Walkability: Several restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel! Rooms was clean, quiet, and roomy. Easy check-in/out process. Located near everything we needed to get to.

Room was not very clean. Window blinds wouldn't come down for privacy. Elevator was broken. Breakfast was passable. Walls were paper thin. I could hear everything, even from rooms further down the hall. Service was friendly, but as a Hilton honors member, I still needed to request the basic amenities like complimentary water.

Rooms are smaller than most Hampton Inns, but they are clean, comfortable, and quiet. We'll return next time we're in town.

Diamond member here: Great Hotel. Room was very clean and modern/comfortable. The gentleman behind the front desk (I wish I remembered his name) was beyond helpful and friendly. I forgot my hygiene kit on the sink in the bathroom and the hotel was very kind and mailed it back to my house! Thank you and will stay again!

Wonderful staff! They all provided excellent service! The rooms were extremely clean and neat! They smelled amazing. The items available, soaps and such, were not all vegan, but I appreciate the animal cruelty free items! The linen were super white, which I appreciated! The breakfast was ok. As a vegan, I always have a hard time with these continental breakfasts, so I didn't expect more than fresh fruit. And that's what I got, fresh fruit! ?? the tea was decent. Bigelow isn't the best but that's opinionated! This location is about 20 minutes from downtown Richmond. But it saves about 50$ a night! And the gas in this area was 25 to 35 cents cheaper! There are an abundance of places to eat in walking distance to the hotel including a sports bar! Very glad we stayed here! We saved money and gas! We traveled with a team BTW!
