My 5 star rating is for Jada, not for Haley Toyota. We had an excellent experience working with Jada. The car we were looking at was parked up on the hill and she climbed that hill with high heels on in order to bring it down for us. She was transparent, patient, friendly and abundantly helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again. Haley Toyota on the other hand would get 3 stars just due to our history with them.
