If you plan on purchasing a used vehicle that isn’t made by Chevrolet, do not purchase here. The service department will not help you in the future. Had my first issue with my truck and called the service department a week ago and had to be transferred to Chris the service department manager. He didn’t answer so I left him a voicemail. Never heard back from him so I called back today and the lady I spoke to was super helpful and said they could help coordinate with Nissan and even do a loaner vehicle. Tells me she needs to talk to Chris and have him call me back. Surprise surprise Chris calls me back and basically tells me they can’t help at all after waiting a week just to hear back from him. So all the help I was told I would get from them was just nonsense. He couldn’t have cared less. Asked why he didn’t call me back and his answer was BS. Says he checks voicemails and emails hourly and calls people. Assuming he heard it was a truck they don’t service and just never called me back. Thanks Chris!

Just want to thank Danny Mastermaker, David Rolston, and all the other staff at Haley Chevrolet for a smooth shopping and buying experience. From the initial discussion on options, followed by placing an order, to taking delivery, the whole process was clearly explained and I was kept up to date with the progress of the car the whole time. When taking delivery exactly 2 months later, the staff was well prepared in advance and everything was handled quick and efficiently resulting in a very short time to complete the necessary paperwork and finalize the transaction. Afterwards, a detailed orientation was provided to review the features of the car, get onstar set up, and answer any questions as they arose. Highly recommend Haley Chevrolet, Danny, and David for any prospective buyers.

David went above and beyond to work with me in deciding on the right vehicle. He remained at the dealership on his day off to meet me and show me 2 new candidates. We quickly decided on the right one after the test drive. The remainder of the process was quick and painless. I'd recommend Haley Chevrolet and especially David to anyone shopping for a Chevy.

Chris Waybright helped me get the truck of my dreams. 2022 Chevy Silverado LTZ. He was extremely helpful and took care of everything. I never thought it could be so easy.
