“Publix at Harbour Pointe Shopping Center truly cares!!!!!
Just freaked out and had a bit of a meltdown in the middle of Publix. Apparently my 12:00 order for pickup never went through. The baker hugged me and said she got this!!!! The manager witnessed the whole thing and offered complimentary ice cream or popsicles for the party. I told him thank you but he didn't have to do that, it's my fault. Publix is definitely THE place to go. They truly care!!! Hadley is the best baker with the best heart!!!! After she finished making the cupcakes, she made me cry again, in the best way, because she came to the table I was sitting at and delivered the cupcakes and said she paid for them to tell my daughter to have an amazing birthday ???? good people still exist ”
“Generally ,the store has whatever the household needs when it comes to food and groceries, good quality with reasonable prices especially if have a VIP card, even you can have a reward for shopping there, on top of that a good customer service.”
“Been coming here for a while and I’m not sure why but EVERY SINGLE PERSON here is amazing. Have not had a single time where I thought anything negative about this location. The kids who work here are always top notch and nice as can be. The products at Publix are of course always amazing as well. I could not be happier with this location.”

“Great place to shop if you are looking for specialty ingredients. They have great deals on meat but have to get there early or they sell out. Not a lot off staff, deli neve4 has anyone there. The meat market is the best part of this store.”
“This is our go to place for groceries and basic necessities. The prices are awesome. And it's usually a pretty quick trip. If you're looking for something unusual, you generally won't find it here...except for the Aldi finds aisle where you can find some of the strange, cool, and German themed stuff.”
“Wouldn't do weekly shopping here because of limited brands but good place to pick up something on the run. Produce is good but limited. Bakery is not good. Service is good and store is clean.”
“As of 2022 I really like this Food Lion great customer service employees always willing to help. The Store is always stocked and clean. I really like the Management. I am in the store a lot. Never have I had a problem. I enjoy shopping there.”
“Love the new layout. Brand options are excellent, and prices are the best around. Don't like being charged for curbside pickup as it seems it penalizes people on fixed income and have disabilities.”

“Thankfully, I’m able to get a walk-in flu shot here today. Unfortunately, the nearby Kroger Rittenhouse pharmacy told me they ran out of flu shot doses last night, so I came here. I was told that I would need to wait for 25 minutes for the flu shot vaccine to be prepared here.”

“What a nice surprise! Moved to Virginia from Arizona and never been inside a BJ's. No crowds, great buys and so many choices of everything. My first visit and I became a member. Above all the stuff inside, the gas prices are the lowest I can find and enjoy saving money at the pump. I've been back several times and will continue to return often.”
“Bob is awesome! Managment on the inside though is terrible. A lady rear ended me in the parking lot and he wouldnt let me have a copy of the footage for proof. Im fine with a no but he was completely rude about saying it which made me decide to go to Publix now.”
“I often come to this Walmart when I am on this side of hull street. It's a bit run down and not as nice as the location in Hancock village. I like that they have a subway and an Aunty Anne's pretzel. The lines are usually long with only a few cashiers working, so I always end up going to self checkout.”

“It's hard to find SUPER FRESH salads but I find them at Publix today I rather spend 9 bucks getting something fresh and delicious then McDonald's this week”

“Really like this place great price and clip coupons and never an issue with service. Laid out very well and can get in and out pretty fast. Also registers aren't normally backed up so that is also great. Much easier to shop here than Sams Club or Costco. Cancelled those memberships. And BJS has good gas prices as well”
“It's a gas station they sell gasoline you probably already knew this they sell nice hot water out there case is a hot water you can get a cold drink if you want that's that's about all there is to it I mean what more do you want from a gas station that's all there is to it sometimes the employee is nice sometimes they just talk to you through the window depends on who's working that day but that's just my opinion”
“Today is my first day here and I loved it. This is one of those Super Krogers that I think is meant to compete with Wegmans. They have a bar area, a Starbucks, and nothing was out of stock. My family usually shops at a smaller Kroger for the comfort aspect, but lately they've been slacking on expired products. Glad to see that's not an issue here! Will definitely keep coming!”
“The deli department is amazing. I love their program where they take my order and I can finish my shopping. It helps me in the long run from having to wait. My only problem is one employee in Starbucks and in bakery. I tend to avoid getting anything from those departments when I see them. This is one of my favorite stores to shop at.”

“I give this pharmacy 5 stars! I like the team of very dedicated pharmacists: Camron and Hillary. They always take the time to resolve a situation with your doctor’s office, answer your insurance questions, provide medication counseling, and assist with manufacturer recalls. They communicate insurance issues/challenges effectively and do so in a caring and friendly manner. Over the years, I have witnessed them helping countless elderly customers who seemed at a loss with their prescription issues. They also go the extra mile to get you discount cards or other programs to help you offset some of the co-pay costs.They are VERY busy and yet, 99% of the time, my prescriptions are refilled on the same day as I requested them through the automated phone system (which is very convenient and easy to navigate). We even fill our pet medications at this location. The scheduling for vaccinations is just as easy to do.I also want to acknowledge the Pharmacy Techs who are just as pleasant and helpful, just to name a few: Lyn, Kayla and Kristian.Our Kroger Pharmacists have always provided outstanding service.”

“This grocery store has a nice craft beer selection. The self serve check out machines are credit card/debit card only. The same machines do not dispense cash either. Generally speaking there are no baggers either.”
