Always an enjoyable time at Gold’s in Midlothian, VA. Great staff who always welcoming and supportive from the moment when I arrive. Great cadre of trainers! Having the Physical Therapy group is most helpful as well. For sure, all the folks who are pumping, pressing, lifting, training in general are terrific folks as well. Great place where just one hour of workout flys by!

Great workout facility. Been going here for years. The pool is smaller but not crowded. Plenty of machines to choose from and a place for elliptical while a movie plays for you. No complaints at all

You really need a weight caddy. Things are hard to find when the place is busy, especially the more unique things: BOSU, matts can be hard to come by, kettle bells are all over etc
