“I live within walking distance, since before 288 eqas there. It's nice having a 24h store right there, but the lot is very confined and the pumps being so close to the store causes constant problems. My main concern is going to be if they actively control any late night "nonsense" by young people with summer coming up. Especially with the new apartments next to it. Hopefully they won't let them congregate on the property, and don't allow it to become a "hang out" destination.”
“I come here often because Ali is usually working and he is the best. He always asks about how my son is doing and greets me as soon as I walk in. He is just the best and I had to write a review. Whatever he is getting paid is not enough. He does everything he can for everyone and is there almost always. I come there just for him now and drive past other gas stations.”

“The same family has owned this station for many years. They are all very friendly. Yesterday, I was having trouble filling air on my tires, and Ravi was happy to help out. Thank you Ravi! It is conveniently located on 360 Hull St in Midlothian at Deer Run, next to Q Barbecue. It's very clean, nicely landscaped, and at night it's well lite bright all around the store so you always feel safe any time. They have convenience store items inside. The gas prices always seem to be a little less than other stations nearby.”

“The customer service at this Wawa was IMPECCABLE - should really be the standard for Wawa’s around Richmond.
A gentleman that was stocking overheard my husband and I looking for something and offered to look in the back (without us asking) and found what we were looking for on the top shelf of an obscure place (meaning he actually looked).
Then as we were leaving a woman with a pixie cut said “keep smiling! Have a blessed day!” To every customer and took the time to look up from her work to actually make eye contact when she said it. It was genuine and intentional!
In a world where more and more “customer service employees” tried to actively avoid actually serving - this team stood out by going out of their way to serve us. Thank you for making the start to our roadtrip so peaceful and bright!”
“Why would I ever go anywhere else when i could go to the best WAWA on hull street ?the food is amazing , the cleanliness is a 10 out of 10 and the the southern hospitality is top notch . Having a self check out option is perfect along with all of the healthy food options and sweets .”

“Right around the corner from me so extremely convenient. Everytime I've gone, all the pumps are working. The shocking part for me is how kind the staff is from when you walk in until you leave; they keep smiling and their tiny acts of kindness brightens your day no matter how bad its going.I've never written a review for a gas station or know what people want to know about it, I just know the gas works, plenty of food, drink, cute kids toys galore and super kind staff. Oh, and I know nothing about gas but it makes my swagger wagon happy so there's that.I'd go again... wait, it's the only one I use in town hahaha. Does that tell you anything? ? ? ?”
“Bob is awesome! Managment on the inside though is terrible. A lady rear ended me in the parking lot and he wouldnt let me have a copy of the footage for proof. Im fine with a no but he was completely rude about saying it which made me decide to go to Publix now.”

“I’ve been using the drive-through for convenience breakfasts a couple times a week over the past few months. I just want to say that the people working the drive-through are some of the kindest most helpful people I’ve ever experienced. Sheetz is crushing the drive-through game. I never wait more than two minutes, They’ve never messed up an order, and they come to the window with a smile on their face and complements ready to give. Thank you for helping ease the busy mama mornings and putting a smile on my face!”
“I had an excellent experience at this gas station! The cashier went above and beyond by coming out to help me put a propane tank in my car. He was short but very polite and courteous, and his assistance made the process quick and easy. This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a gas station. Highly recommend!”

“The Upside App brought me here since they were offering $.07 cash back. Ok convenience store. They do have a Blimpy sub inside, but it looks like it's been closed down for quite a while. Few coolers of drinks and a number of Isles of snacks. I had to use the restroom, looked a little aged, but wasn't in horrible shape. The owner came out to question me why I was taking pictures, but it didn't seem like too much of a big deal. It's pretty easy to get in and out off of Genito Road.”
“Pleasantly surprised this gas station wasn't really affected by gas shortage, though the line was literally 30 cars long, supply met demand with no problem at all! Good job guys!”

“considering it's right across the street from me I have nothing but nice things to say about this place! It's also the first place I worked when I was a teenager. some people might complain because they have to wait a little bit if you're using the post office or waiting while someone else uses the post office. I for one am grateful that there is a post office conveniently located in my neighborhood and I'm willing to wait for the service.”

“Stopped at this Shell gas station to fill up, with my T-mobile Tuesday app and I was really impressed with how clean everything was—from the bright LED lights on the ceiling to the spotless ground outside. The staff was super friendly, and I even used their bathroom, which was also very clean. My only concern is that the bathroom door sticks, which might be dangerous for an elderly person. Other than that, this is a great, well-maintained location. Would definitely stop here again!”
