The workers did not acknowledge me or my nephew when we walked in. I had a question, went to the front desk and instead of asking how can I help you, they continued their conversation, walked away from the counter where I was standing, went to the back room, and continued talking. I felt very disrespected. My nephew and I were the only 2 people in that small store. It was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this store for anyone. It’s so small you won’t be able to find much in there anyway. Save your time and dignity and go to another game stop.

This store can’t keep good people. The store finally had a good assistant manager, but now he’s gone the week before Christmas! Folks should shop somewhere else- where employees are treated well and they stick around.

I'm not a gamer we went in today to get a Five Nights at Freddy's plushie for my daughter and they had a great selection on sale! But that's not what the five stars are for. I spoke to the kindest young man behind the counter. I wish I would have gotten their name. He was very helpful and professional and now a days that leaves a very good impression. So Thank You.

Good beans at this store! Extremely helpful!Helped me sort out a big ‘ol USPS shipping kerfuffle and get my item returned. A++ for effort!The gamestop phone operators were also a huge help!This location has a great selection of games old and new and a tidy store with a well organized selection for quick and easy shopping.Good vibes location, check it out.

Bought an item that was showing in stock and set it for store pickup, which is supposed to be held for seven days. Went the day after purchase and they didn't have it.

Matt was extremely courteous and knowledgeable! He had a line of customers, a technician in store and still was able to give me superior service.

We visited this store on November 13th about 30 minutes before closing. The store was clean and well lit, in a good location. I neglected to get the associate’s name who helped us, but he was very knowledgeable, very focused on his job (unlike so many these days), and really wanted to help us i.e. make a sale. He wasn’t overly aggressive or pushy, but just the right mix of wanting to help and wanting to make the store money (the reason he’s there). He said he had been there a couple years and really liked the job. You could tell. I noticed he tried to find things online if they weren’t in the store, and he made sure everyone knew about the current sale. He greeted each person who walked through the door. All the things I’d want in an employee if I still owned a business. Honestly I’d have tried to hire him if I still did own our business. Kudos to you Mr GameStop, hopefully GameStop knows and appreciates what they have in this employee.

Not a bad place or bad service. But on a Saturday, don't have only 1 person working out front. It's not fair to the salesperson to have to rush through everybody to make sure nobody gets upset while still trying to meet unreasonable quotas.
