I told them I needed new brakes along with new battery, inspection, air in my tires, and oil changed. I was told I didn’t need new brakes. I appreciate their honesty. Second time i have used this location; the people are very friendly and professional (April and Scott) and others.

Dropped vehicle off because it was not starting. When they called they gave a list of recommended work and “necessary” work. The battery was dead and that was why it was not starting they did not replace the battery which is very clearly necessary when the reason for the visit is the car not starting. Instead charged for a “parking brake” diagnostic (the parking brake was working fine the day we dropped off and has never been an issue) and struts. Reason for drop off was car not starting got the car back with it still not starting and had to take it elsewhere. This is TWICE that I have dropped off a vehicle for starting issues and gotten the car back from them saying it wasn’t an issue then being stuck somewhere with a car that does not start and work done that was not the reason of needing the service. The workers and employees are nice but give off scam vibes.

So I tried to make an appointment at the Lake Harbour location because it was closer to my house. Super unorganized, even though I had an appointment. Claimed "we still can't put you in until mid July." Absolutely not.
So I called this location and told them I needed a brake repair for my car. Kalib instantly told me to bring the car in for a free inspection. He told me what the issue was, said it'll be fixed by next morning. They open at 9am, at 9:15 on the dot I got a call saying it was complete and ready for pick up!
What could have been weeks of uncertainty. Kalib and his team gotten it done in a day! Thank you!

The front desk staff was super helpful. April was great over the phone giving me quotes and telling me about discounts that were available. The work was done in timely fashion. You've earned a new customer. I'll be back for Oil changes and tires in the near future.

April is a great ambassador for Firestone. While other locations are pretty good in this regard, April shines well beyond them all. Additionally, I was the last client to have their state inspection done for the day. One issue was identified, and the service tech and April stayed almost an hour beyond closing time to make the needed change.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I can’t say enough about Scott and the crew at Firestone! I was out of town (from Ohio) and was 7 hours away from home when my car started having braking issues to the point I was panicked I wouldn’t be able to make it back safely. Being after 3pm on a Saturday and needing to leave the next morning I had very little hope that someone could help me. I called Firestone and was told to bring it in right away. I arrived at 3:30 to find out I needed 4 new rotors, 4 new break pads, oil change, and new wipers. (Those last 2 were my choice since the car was already needing serviced) Scott was so pleasant and reassuring. Even not having my cars specific parts in store, somehow he got them, completely repaired my vehicle, and I was back on the road at 6pm. This was some of the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever received. Scott and team, thanks so much for making my day less stressful and taking care of me so quickly on short notice. Took my van in for an inspection. They were quick and efficient knowing I had to get to a funeral 8 hours away. They were understanding and helped me finance the expense since there were several unexpected problems. On the way home from the trip a different noise started. They graciously understood it was a long week and again helped get my issue fixed right away. I am very thankful for the service and kindness they showed.

I didn't have an alignment appointment Sunday and they were able to squeeze me in. It really meant a lot to me. The alignment is great and I will definitely be back.
