We purchased all major kitchen, pantry, plumbing and lighting appliances and fixtures from Ferguson for our new home two years ago. When doing a deep cleaning of our Jenn-Air refrigerator recently, upon removal, we noticed our top refrigerator shelf had a hairline crack in the very rear of the frame. It was not noticeable until the shelf was removed. We were just out of warranty but we contacted Ferguson hoping to get a replacement believing the shelf was damaged during shipment or installation.Toyya contacted us and after explaining the crack in the shelf, she promptly contacted Jenn-Air and ordered a replacement for us all within 72 hours of our first call. While it’s tempting at times to purchase major appliances and fixtures from the big box stores, the expertise and personal service and responsiveness Ferguson has with their customers and suppliers is where the value is in planning, designing, and purchasing quality products and services.

Terrible experience with Ferguson with a new house build. They installed a broken dish washer which took 10 emails and 10 phone calls to get replaced, $4300 new kitchen aid refrig broke 13 months later and we have been without a refrigerator for over a month as parts are on I definite back order, $3,000 ice maker was broken in. I’ve in and again many many phone calls and unanswered emails I finally got it fixed on my own without the help of Ferguson, , multiple cabinets installed incorrectly and faulty. Still have outstanding cabinet issues 15 months later and I have at least 5 emails unanswered. They do not return my phone calls or email so I have to live with warped glass cabinet doors that were thousands of dollars to upgrade. I have reached out to management there and they refuse to answer my emails either. My builder no longer uses them and they won’t talk to my builder either. They acknowledged that the cabinet doors needing adjusting/ replacing after close but now refuse to communicate. I guess legal action is next. We spent over $60k with them between lights, appliances and cabinets. So disappointed. I’ve lost so much sleep dealing with this company. I can’t believe how they treat their customers.

We bought a bathroom vanity and it is gorgeous! The best part was the delivery. Although not required, the driver helped my husband put it in the house. We tried to tip him and he would not take it. You don't find that often. I'll admit they aren't overly helpful in the showroom but I guess they aren't really a place that customers typically walk in and buy. We knew what we wanted so luckily we didn't need much help outside of just writing up the order and we did have to wait a bit for that. I was going to buy it online but I really try to buy in brick and mortar if I can. The receptionist was nice and offered us water which is a nice touch. They definitely don't actively try to sell you anything. but the showroom is pretty and the delivery was perfect!

I purchased a few kitchen appliances from Ferguson and find the quality of the products that they carry, customer support, and communication during the ordering process to be the best in the area. They put those big box stores to shame.

Need better hours. Would like to go by and see the show room but it’s only open 9-5 on weekdays. Doesn’t make any sense. Don’t most people have to work those hours to afford nice things?

Caught Rudy Jones at the Hull St store while they were closed. We were in a bit of a pinch needing a septic pump. Nonetheless, he checked another location, verified they had it and told us he would get it and call us back. Sure enough he followed through. His customer service was outstanding! Rudy is Very much appreciated!

I was told by 2 people that I would have my kitchen sink by February 4th. The gentleman I spoke to on February 4th told me my sink was out for delivery and was supposed to be dropped off to my cabinet guy with Phillips Cabinets by 6pm and today is February 21 and still no sink which I paid for. I'm angry that these people lie to you and do not honor their word. Shame on them and if there were. - ⭐️

Greeted me when I entered. Offered to source my item from another store. Arrived in 1 day. Called to tell me. Thanked me for the purchase. Little more I can say besides Great job! I will be a repeat customer.

I'm not surprised that this location only receives one star. I just encountered the telephone associate as I had an inquiry. She was extremely rude. The telephone inquiry I made at their OTHER Richmond location was with a lovely lady who couldn't have been more helpful.

Today we went to buy a refrigerator. We ask for help and we're told it would be awhile. While waiting a couple came in and said they didn't have an appointment but they wanted to talk about replacing bathroom. An employee came out and waited on them. Not the place to go for appliance purchases. They should post a sign saying they aren't interested in small sales so people don't waste time there.

I had a top of the Vent-a-hood installed in my new home at great expense. Because it took forever to get to Virginia it cost even more as we had to live in a hotel for 5 weeks. Now a year after closing Ferguson won't make right a .major installation flaw. The oversized exterior vent is open to the wind and the nonstop banging is like a combat boot in a clothes dryer. The racket is maddening. Every contractor I speak with tells me it is a simple fix. Install a wind defender external vent cover. Ferguson refuses to correct their mistakes. They have no respect for us and no desire to make the problem right. It is disgusting the lack of pride or responsibility they have to us, the customer.

If I could give zero I would. Terrible communication, couldn't deliver on time, no apologies given, no reasonable accommodation to replace the appliances for their mistake. Go elsewhere
