I LOVE EXXON! Any Exxon is the best in the world to me. They ensure they fix any problems I have and always get my points even of the location doesn't offer them. I have to admit, all the other gas stations offer you all these rewards and they don't stand up to their name, I've had them all. Exxon does what they say and that made me a Exxon fan for life!

If your hungry dont stop here. Went in at 1230pm and grabbed a cheeseburger. On the outside the burger seemed soft and enticing, when u go to bite into it its burt to a crisp and very hard. Cashiers constantly playing on thier phone. I'm surprised this place actually exists with the lack of care or management at this location. Worst exxon/711 i have ever been too.

How they gonna sell me the wrong pack of cigarettes and when I go back in to switch them out tell me it's the law they can't give me the correct pack that I asked for ridiculous I don't think they know what the heck they're talking about and honestly I won't ever go back in there good luck to that store I'm surprise it doesn't shut down by the people that runs it anyway FUNNY HOW U GO TO RHE STORE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET AND THEY SWITCH THEM OUT NO PROBLEM...yeah that's the law??? Comical...

That Christy girl is very rude, unprofessional, and has poor, extremely poor customer service. I've witness her talk to multiple paying customers like they were nothing. 1 customer in particular she counted his wallet for the whole store to hear and if something would've happened to him that'd be on your business. If she weren't there I'd give you 5 stars all the other employees are absolutely fantastic and super stars in their own right. I've been coming there a long time and my fellow regular consumers agree with me when I say she damages your brand, she cusses at customers and her co workers and belittles them, lies on her co workers and her customers that just so happen help her to pay her bills by patroning your business. This woman is not an example of the customer service standards upheld by Exxon and 7/Eleven employees. Please do something about this.

4 people behind the counter talking to each other, and me....standing there for 5 minutes, waiting on acknowledgement, a "hi"....nothing. so after I finally spoke up I was welcomed and taken care of. I can't stand being ignored in a public business.
