I know it's hard for this bank to keep good employees long term, but the customer service is terrible, especially from management.

Horrible customer service, especially beware of Jeff, they clearly descrimate against people who live check to check. I think I have only ever left one review of a a business on here so trust me when I say that I took the time to write this STAY AWAY and find a different bank.

I used Essex banks for a truck loan as well as my regular banking, they're staff was very helpful during the loan process getting all the paperwork done prior to my arrival to make the closing as fast as possible! Great bank and great people to do business with
