This place was so clean and I was impressed from start to finish. they greeted us and we chose our color and the services we wanted and took us straight back. We were seated and then brought flavored water and a beautiful plate of fruit. Rachel my technician. Started my massage chair and begin to work her magic on my toes. The pedicure was perfect and she even helped me to create a custom color combination for my shellac. The color was great and the gel was thin and very natural. Loved it! It was the foot massage that took me out and I almost lost consciousness. The mani was just as amazing I just did a buff and shine but they were the perfect shape and length. I will be back found my spot after being back in the VA for a year.Services: Foot massages

I took a chance on this salon because I needed to have my nails soaked off. Since I arrived well before closing (1615) and I knew soak off was was going to take some time I decided to get a pedicure because the salon seemed so welcoming and the vibe was good. I got seated within a few minutes and the tech drew the water. Then said she was going to go eat. That is fine. She made sure I had everything that I wanted, fruit wine, good water temp, gloves so that I could eat my food if I wanted to.. ect. Overall the pedicure was a good experience. It was an extra $10 to have the gel polish removed off my toes. Pedicure was already at $50..but if I wanted gel put back on it would have been $10 to take off and another $10 to put gel on. $70 is pretty steep. She left many times during my pedicure... Don't know why.. I am thinking it was because they were closing..Around 1730 the young man from the desk walked around the whole salon collecting multiple credit cards to try and close out tabs. People were cleaning and moping all over the place while we were finishing up my pedicure. Tools were tossed back into the baskets or put in cases.. Not sure if they were sanitized. I asked for an envelope to give her a nice tip. Then after being ignored again I wanted to break my larger bill.. Just frustrating. Got ignored, or forgotten by the young man too about the envelope. Shame, I was going to give him a tip too. I was moved to a nail chair and waited again for my tech to return. I offered to do the full service manicure $55 during my pedicure and opted in since I thought I we would have time. It felt rushed and again she got up multiple times. We could have been done sooner and she would have had time to tidy or do whatever needed to be done at the end if she would have just knocked out the mani. The shaping was nice and the overall take off of the nails looked good. However, my gel polish is already chipping 3 days later.Again pedicure was ok, but not worth the cost for the experience. It didn't feel like a pampered session or worth the price tag since I felt ignored and somewhat of an inconvenience to them. I won't be back.

Love this place and love my nail tech Van. She’s at station 5. My acrylics never lift because she pays special attention to the cuticles. I can go almost a month without a fill and my nails will not break or lift. If you’re looking for a place to go and an exceptional tech- go here!Services: Nail art

Went here with my mom and we both loved it. It’s been her new salon of choice. The atmosphere is beautiful, spa like and very relaxing. It feels very luxury. They bring you fresh fruit and infused water— yum! Most importantly, our manicures were immaculate. Kubert did a dip manicure for me and was meticulous with shaping them how I liked. The dip was $60, which is on the higher end, but with the detail and time he took, as well as getting a shoulder and hand massage, it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend this nail salon! The other great thing is that you can just walk in. No appointment needed!Services: Dip powder

I decided to give this place a chance since my mom gets her nails done here and the place I was going to was rushing the services and over charging. The very first time was decent (gel acrylic) until my nails started breaking shortly after I got them done and the nails were starting to peel and lift around the cuticle area. Decided to go back to give them another chance as I’m all about second chances. I got gel acrylic and not even 5 days after I got them done, the nails broke and popped off at the slightest grabs and taps against things, damaging and tearing my real nails under. Mind you I’m not rough in my hands at all. I went back to get the ones that have been broken fixed and at the last minute I decided I just wanted to get them all taken off to give my nails a break from being damaged and the guy that was helping me talked me into just getting the broken ones redone and I was charged $15 which I don’t understand because first I was charged $90 the first time just to have my nails peeling and broken off not even a week afterwards. I feel like we are being over charged for poor quality products that don’t last. My mom has always put in a good word for them despite her nails popping completely off and lifting shorty after getting hers done and she’s thinking about switching salons. Besides the fruit & wine they give you, I'm not really satisfied. I will not be returning here. Since I went back 3 more nails broke. I left my old salon to come to a new one with the same issues.

Beautiful inside and love the wine and fruit but that's only positive part of an experience here. I've been coming here on and off for about three years. My visits are never consistent and let's talk about pricing. One visit it's one pride, next visit a totally different price even though I received the same exact service. I never mind paying for a great service but if my pedicures are rushed and bad quality I'm now annoyed. I try over and over again but after today I am done. Rather drive and receive good and consistent service. Again the inside and beautiful and clean but I promise save yourself a headache and confusion and find somewhere else to service you. They have potential to be amazing but overcharging your customers and providing inconsistent service is not the way to go

Escape Nails and Spa was recommended by a friend. The last two time I was there to get a spa pedicure which was absolutely relaxing. However; the problem that I have encountered, is the polish will not dry. The first time I called back and they told me to come back. The second time 8/10/2023,I didn't bother calling back I live 25 mins away and decided I would just go elsewhere for a polish change. Do better Escape Nails!

Seriously obsessed with this nail salon. Complimentary wine, fruit infused water, and a plate of grapes, watermelon, pineapple, and strawberries is brought to you during your pedicure. The salon is very big and has a large staff so I’ve never had to wait. It’s so beautiful inside as well! Amazing pedicure. You don’t be disappointed. Tevy was my fave to get a pedicure from so far, but all of the nail techs have Been great!

Our friend recommended that we go here. So, I made an appointment while I was visiting Richmond and took my mom. I absolutely love this place. This is not your normal nail salon. They offer so many different services, customer service is superb and they are very clean. I received wine and fruit with my service. When you walk in, it immediate puts you at ease. If I could travel from. Charlotte, NC every two weeks, I would because nail salons like these are hard to find. I get so tired of dirty salons and horrible customer service. They don't rush through you service either which I really appreciate it. Check it out. It will be your new favorite place. It's mine!Service: Pedicure

Laura was amazing!! She did my pedicure and took her time never rushing through. I love to Escape here because it's relaxing and you can have water or wine and they always bring you fresh fruit. Escape nails is a great place to pamper yourself.

My wife went here 2 days before our wedding last week to get her nails done for the wedding. She asked for stars and acrylic nails in gold, and instead the technician gave her curved nails with flowers(NOT what she asked for) on only a few nails. She was devastated, but luckily a different spa was able to fix her nails at a fraction of the cost. Do not go here if you want good nails!

The salon itself is beautiful and they give you a complimentary drink and fruit however the pedicure was really lacking even for a basic as far as pampering. No leg scrub and barely a massage which my regular nail salon still provides. My toe polish turned out good but my dip nails just okay shaping is not very even. For 125 plus tip very over priced and it is a crowded salon. Not a horrible experience but nothing special either.

95$ for some simple BS and they didn’t even last a week. This is dipping powder. The manager is rude as well. Rude enough to make someone put hands on her. Now after I only have 4 nails to ten fingers a week later I am really contemplating returning to do just that. Flip her on her head. STAY AWAY!

I have been here many times, they always do a great job. Rachel took care of me this time and did not disappoint. Got a pedicure and manicure as a birthday treat for myself and left feeling like a million bucks. Thank you!Services: Pedicure
