Ordered flowers from an online site for delivery same day to Powhatan VA. I received an email a couple of hours later that it couldn't be done. I called Janice at 1125 and she saved the day. They normally don't deliver that far but she is today. This was a very important bouquet and she not only did it last minute but also delivering out of her area. She just gained a new permanent customer.

I had a backyard wedding and we used Designs by Janice for our florals. I was looking for something different as we did mismatched bridesmaid dresses and Janice absolutely delivered. We were so happy with how they turned out. Excellent value and expertise for wedding florals. Something special about local shops!! Highly recommend!!

My daughters ordered flowers for their dad post surgery. The flowers were beautiful but not all healthy. This huge bouquet was stuffed into a too small vase for all of them. I mean couldn’t the shop afford a larger more fitting vase? Some of the flowers were smashed n bent. Maybe the driver flipped them or something in transport I don’t know but they were all discombobulated in the vase. I know they were terribly expensive n knowing my girls spent this amount of money on them just makes a mom sick. For fresh flowers they should have been better packaged and cared for to begin with. Shouldn’t fresh flowers last longer then 2 days?

I received flowers today from Designs by Janice. This is the second occasion that my family member has ordered from them. Both of the arrangements have been beautiful!! The flowers today are exceptional ? My sister is a floral designer in another city. I sent her the photo and she rated them an A++++. Thank you for beautiful work ?

My beautiful mother in law recently passed to her Heavenly home. Janice and her team created a beautiful arrangement last minute for us and we couldn’t be happier. This was a perfect arrangement. Attention everyone!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I called to order flowers for the whole facility at the NATIONAL GUARD. the manager is telling me. I should have this delivered on the 13th instead of the 14th I told her I wanted delivered on the 14th. She told me she didn't want my service I was about to spend $3500 on roses. WOW. Very rude no customer service
