I am a proud monthly subscriber at Daves Auto Spa. Based on this, I will go on a weekly basis. Each time, the car looks phenomenal. I am very appreciative for the monthly subscription program and plan to continue membership as long as they continue the program.

I went to get my car cleaned at Dave's Auto Spa on Robious as carpool was closed. It was my first time there, but definitely not last. The guy who helped me (Mike I think) was extremely helpful in helping me decide what wash to get by asking me a few questions. They were fast, polite, and most importantly, did an amazing job on my car. Looking forward to coming back!

We used to love coming here, we had monthly memberships for the longest time. The experience we had today was not the best. AC in the building was broken, heard from another customer it’s been broke for 3 weeks which I understand happens however, why not think of the customers and purchase one of two fans to blow throughout the building.
The cleaning service we received on our vehicle was anything less than acceptable. We purchased the “managers special”. After waiting over an hour, we return to our vehicle with high expectations only to be extremely and can’t stress this enough disappointed. It was brought to their attention in which they then wiped it down for maybe 10 minutes and let us know it was completed with the same issues we pointed out still a problem. The inside is extremely worse. They were extremely busy and it was 90 degrees but truthfully, still not an excuse. We were offered half credit next time we come. Sadly, we will not be back.

Had to get the person to go back twice to do a proper job on the interior. They really need to train the guys at work here on how to do a decent job. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues and it’s such a shame as this is one of a very few car washes nearby. If somebody else should open up a car wash and do a half decent job, these guys would go out of business (wishful thinking).
So here’s the owners response below. You’ll notice that they make no comment meant to correct the issue in this feedback or anyone else’s feedback. Just condescending “we note your feedback”. This means they really don’t care cause they keep making money.

Inside waiting area is absurdly hot. At least install a ceiling fan in place of the unattractive ceiling light fixture. Only two staff members present. When I was told it was finished, I got in and had to point out several areas inside the vehicle that weren't wiped down, the windows weren't very clean, and when I got home I saw that the mats in the back seat were either not vacuumed at all or just barely. Not worth the money if you have to go behind them and do it over again!

I gave it a 2 because the cashier was awesome and the attendants BUT the overall carwash was awful for $41and 10 in tips. Someone else normally cares for my car washes but I attempted to do so. After being advised they are KNOWN for not doing a good job, I decided to take a chance. They were right, who doesnt wipe the cup holders and how is it that insects and bird poop wasn't removed. THIS was what I came in for. So I guess from here, I can't say anything different and for the time you wait. It's unexceptable especially since they don't even throughly dry your mats. After the wait I just took from granted the work was spectacular. Nope!!

Pleasantly surprised! Just wanted a no frills quick wash to get my car pollen free. I tried their $12 exterior only. Very nice job, my car is nice and shiny again. Did not expect a towel dry but upon exiting I was met by one of the attendants, towel in hand. Did a great job toweling off my car. Kudos to Dave's Auto Spa!!!!

Took my car to get cleaned, as a surprise for my son before prom. I was told it would be 30 minutes and it took over an hour, which was fine but being in a rush, I didn’t realize until later that a piece of my trim had been ripped off. This is a new car so it was not loose and I have no idea how it could have been torn off. I called back to ask about it and was told they had my piece of trim. While I have a hard time believing they did not notice it when it occurred, I was still understanding. I went back to get the trim and a young gentleman attempted to put it back on but the clips had been broken, so it has to be replaced. He took my contact information and told me someone would contact me about reimbursing me for the expenses of having it repaired. A week later, I have still not heard from anyone so I called back. After telling the person who answered why I was calling, he said he was the one who I needed to speak to but he was busy, with a long list of calls to make, and asked if I would call him back. A car wash should not cause this kind of damage to a vehicle but the lack of customer service is just as bad.

Barely clean the car for what I paid. It would’ve been cheaper to go out and clean the car myself rather than waste my money here. They couldn’t even be bothered to vacuum the seats or clean the sides of the car. They just sprayed water on my mats.

Terrible. I paid $41 for exterior and interior cleaning and they completely skipped my trunk and left large dirt marks on the interior doors.

Save yourself the time and money. Blindfold yourself and vacuum out your car and that’s about the level of cleanliness you’ll get out of this place. Absolutely ridiculous they feel okay handing you back your keys when your car looks like this when they have eyeballs and can see the level of dirt they fail to vacuum up.

Worst money I’ve spent in a while. Workers that do the bare minimum. I pointed out multiple things that hadn’t been done, but I got to the point where there were too many things to correct and I said f-it I’ll do it myself. I had the to clean my car windows again when I got home because it looked as they didn’t even touch them. Sorry, but for $41 I expect the car to be clean. Raised prices and lowered standards. It seems this has become a trend. The owner needs to fix this ASAP. Won’t be going back.
