Over the past several years, the pharmacy has gone completely downhill. The staff is very rude, and the last 10 or 12 refills I have gotten a text saying they’re ready only to get there and then tell me to come back in an hour or two. I ended up switching pharmacies and I would never go back to that CVS again because they don’t deserve my business. Very poor customer service.

The Pharmacy is always helpful. However, my request for Aetna OTC eligible for purchase pursuant to my health plan coverage was not acknowleged in the Pharmacy. The Store Manager alone was able to assist. I thanked her gratefully.

The pharmacist had to approve a DUR and he just decided it was a good idea to discuss it around other customers. I don't think that's professional. He should have pulled me to the side. Also, it took almost 2 days for the prescription to be ready. I have already had bad experiences at this CVS in the past and they don't improve. Time to move on.

Some employees in the medication dispensing area who work here are useless. Teach your employees to respect customers and this has happened to me several times here. I will not return to this pharmacy.

The male pharmacist with an accent is extremely rude and desperately needs training in customer service skills. He interrupted me several times and was unhelpful. I will not return to this location. It’s sad to see such lack of care.

This CVS is just fine but the pharmacy is very unreliable. They close everyday for lunch but they often times close too early and too late for lunch. I’ve had to wait MANY times on them because they make their own rules for when they’re open / closed. Like today, I tried going through the pharmacy drive thru and they said “oh sorry, the drive thru isn’t open today” out of the blue. I also have gone inside and waited at the counter in long lines because of them being unorganized. Don’t even get me started on trying to call them and not picking up the phone. I recommend using another pharmacy nearby. Just awful service.

The store itself is basically just like any other CVS you’d see throughout the country. However, I really appreciate the kindness and attention I receive from one of their employees named Byerl (sp?) so much so that I decided to leave a positive review. I left the store in a more positive mood than I entered with, and that’s uncommon when visiting most drug stores.

Hands down the worst pharmacy. There is a reason why this pharmacy has a 2/5 star rating, it’s because they have zero professional standards. If they don’t feel like answering the phone, if they don’t feel like opening the drive-through, it’s a whatever they don’t feel like doing type of business. Sloppy management.

this pharmacy is absolutely horrific there are some nice employees they are just overwhelmed but the primary pharmacist is lazy and rude do not come here.. i called in my prescription a week ago and they just decided they weren’t in the mood to fill it until i called and complained

Too bad I can’t rate this CVS as Zero stars. The pharmacy is the worst around. Run. Do not send any prescriptions there. It’ll take 4 days to fill it and then there will be a line of 15 people when you go to pick up. Want to call the pharmacy? You’ll be on hold for over an hour. Go elsewhere and save yourself a mountain of frustration.

I was a CVS Customer for over 20 years. Many issues surfaced before the pandemic.... not getting my medication for days, making mistakes, unable to reach them to get them to fix problems they created.The last straw occurred in March 2023 when a Tech was extremely rude. I was wearing a mask while waiting in line at the pharmacy. The only mask I had in my vehicle was an N95 so I wore it. After waiting in line for a while, this Tech looked up at me and then looked back at her computer. Then she said, "What is that on your face? We stopped wearing those a long time ago." Perhaps she thought I could not hear what she said, but it was very clear. A pharmacy should represent and value health and wellness. Instead the employee mocked my choice to wear a mask since I was coughing due to a virus. I'm done with CVS.

The pharmacy must be very under staffed. More than once I was told my medicine was ready for pickup and when I got there, it was not ready which involved another long wait . Then when I asked if I could use my Good RX card, I was told that would involve another long wait. It seems the drive thru is closed more than open. Very frustrating dealing with this pharmacy even though I do understand staffing issues..

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been to. I could not get my prescriptions because they were closed. I could not get my scripts at any other pharmacy cause they had my meds waiting on the pickup shelf. How do you pick up your meds when you are closed? I cannot seem to get on the refill schedule and I ask about it EVERY TIME. I’m done with CVS

They never have my medicine as many people state below. I’m on 5 days waiting now. They are rude, judgemental, and unapologetic. I can’t believe this malpractice is allowed. This is the 12th time this has happened over the last few years

I’ve never experienced a slower pharmacy. I moved my meds here when I moved close to the store…will be moving them back to Walgreens. If you want a prescription filled here, be prepared to wait 45 min in line.
