I had a great experience I understand that we are all people and mistakes can happen but majority of them are the insurances fault, asking for a PA (prior Authorization) even though my doctor sent it over. The nice gentleman was on the phone with my insurance getting it worked out while doing other tasks very impressive multi tasking I might add. The drive thru lane was open every time I've gone here and the service has been exceptional every time a little long of a Que but they let you know "the drive thru is for convenience not for speed" which I think a lot of people don't understand if it's raining or you have issues walking that's what drive thru is for; not having the technician run around and doing everything in seconds.A few notes I've noticed 5pm on most days is busy as it's when everyone gets off work. 1:30-2pm is the mandatory closing time as the people who work don't have any other time to take a break I've never seen any of them who work retail! Mind you take breaks the mandatory thing you can expect at every other work place.Other then that they don't set the prices I've seen a lot of people compile about the prices here on the reviews but guys they are techs and pharmacists they don't set the price on the drugs if you can find medication elsewhere cheaper go for it CVS just happens to be where most people are forced to go to get pills due to their insurance.

I spoke with a lady on the phone from the pharmacy tonight about my prescription cost and she was so rude and GHETTO. Do better CVS, and interview individuals a little harder next time.

So I have mostly had ok experiences but the types of mistakes they make are not acceptable for medication, and their non-insurance prices are wildly high. There was an unexpected insurance issue on my antidepressant. I would have loved a call before I drove there but no one told me. Their price is $5/pill whereas a different pharmacy would be ~$1/pill without insurance. They sold me 7 pills so I had time to work it out with insurance. I called a few days later. They hadn’t communicated with insurance and also had changed my Rx in the system from the intended 90 pills with 0 refills to 7 pills with 12 refills, so no matter what I do, they won’t let me buy more than 7 at a time once per week for the next 12 weeks. It doesn’t matter that the original Rx was supposed to be 90 all at once. They won’t fix it. This is the 4th time a CVS has messed up my antidepressant in their system. That’s dangerous. The pharmacist seemed competent so I have to believe it’s the computer software being difficult to manage. I’ve Called my doc and they are sending a new Rx to a local pharmacy. Never again with CVS.

Drive thru closed because CVS can't properly staff their pharmacy. The whole store was basically empty of employees other than the 2 pharmacy staff.

Ask pharmacy if they had a over the counter drug and said didn’t know, I could check in 3 different isle numbers, basically go find it yourself. Terrible customer service.

They should just tear down the drive through, it’s not like it’s ever open. There’s literally like two people working in this entire store at any given moment. I gave up and walked out without buying anything because I tried for 15-20 minutes looking for even a single employee who could help with checkout (was buying NyQuil and it required them to check ID so couldn’t even use self checkout- believe me I tried). Just save yourself the time and go to Target or literally anywhere else.

If you need a prescription filled, then this isn't the place for you. They are consistently out of medications, and provide little or no status updates of when they will be available. When you can get someone on the phone, they are rude and not helpful. Here's a tip, if you don't have a medication, just let me know so I can have it sent somewhere else. Don't tell me it's going to be available Friday afternoon and then tell me Friday night that it isn't ready and you don't know when it will be available. FYI- Doctor's offices are closed on the weekend and can't resend a prescription refill request somewhere else until Monday.

I went in to fill a prescription for my grandma who started chemotherapy and is having intense nausea. The emergency room had sent a prescription, but CVS said they could not fill it because it was lacking specific instructions - it just said it was as needed (PRN). I asked if we could have one pill and then come back once it all got figured out, but they declined. They asked to have the hospital call them to clarify. I then spent an hour playing telephone between doctors and CVS to get a new prescription created. I would like an explanation why a pharmacist can't call doctors, which they claimed is their policy.

Pharmacy department is horrible! Told me medication would be ready in 30 min, went to grocery shopping and haircut when I arrived they went on break 5 minutes before scheduled time and said they would be back in 30 minutes. Got back just for them to tell me it would be another hour. Drove home to drop off groceries which was 30 minutes away and back just for them to tell me it will take another hour or two. Worst experience ever! Go somewhere else. It’s now 4:24pm and I’m still waiting!

This isn't my rating of the pharmacy because I don't use them but what I will say is that the main store is good! The store is big and staff are always nice. I do wish there was more eczema/lotion products but besides that there's a pretty big selection of drinks

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Drive thru never open, wait is always forever even if your Dr has called in advance. They will do anything NOT to help you or and will always charge as much as possible. It's been months, service is still awful.

I wouldn’t even give them one piece of a star but they make you. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacist is so rude. Three times now I have had errors with the same meds. Either with what they were charging me, or something is pending approval from the doctor. If the doctor called it in, why does it need approval from her again??? Exactly! All of the sudden, it can be ready in 15 minutes.Anyway, every time, after waiting in that long line (because they have no help), I now have to go to the consulting window, and get it straight with the rude pharmacist. Then, even though I have already waited in a long line, I have to go back to the end and start over. I believe this pharmacist (she) enjoys making it the worst experience. She talks down to you, and says things like “let me get two words in” ….”Let me finish my sentence” Anyway, I spent my whole Saturday yesterday dealing with that incompetent bunch. Not to mention they close for lunch. How can you do that when you are retail? Believe it or not I left still missing one of my prescriptions, the assistant had it in his hand and asked her if I could have it and she said “No” (with her smug smile) because it was being processed at another store now.She knew how frustrated I was, and could have helped me, but she chose to just make it worse. If I had to guess, she is most likely the reason they are short staffed. I will never ever go back there.
