The pharmacy staff always goes above and beyond. Always happy to compare prices between my insurance and discount cards like GoodRx to save me money. There are a few pharmacies, some other CVS locations included, that I will pass to use this CVS. The staff here have the prefect balance of knowledge, patience, and personality to be in this business.

I’d not give a star if I could avoid it. Wife has had 4 scrips in the past 3 months missing pills. We called tonight to discuss and the pharmacist got combative and hung the phone up on my wife. He even at one point suggested we count our scrips at the counter or drive thru. Horrible customer service and our business will to taken elsewhere. Do better!

I took my children to get a vaccine here, my youngest is very scared of needles to the point of crying and having to be held down some times. We had worked with him all week to prepare for the vaccination and he was trying to be brave. A lady at the pharmacy who checked us in started talking to my children about how long the needle was (holding her hands wide apart) and how she was scared of getting a shot and was generally taking glee in trying to scare them. It was incredibly unhelpful and made me so angry on behalf of my son. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to make an even bigger deal about it and scare him even more but it was very unprofessional.

3:15 appointment and about 5 other individuals also checked in under the same time. Why bother scheduling an appointment if they are not held to the appointment time? Such garbage! Never again will a use this place.

Omg this is the WORST cvs I’ve ever been to. Made the mistake of switching my Rxs here when Walgreens didn’t participate w my insurance.. mistake. They are SO SLOW… even though there are 5+ employees in the pharmacy department. Incapable in changing my prescribing doc without 2 in person visits..20 min wait time each time. Currently at minute 15 waiting in the drive through line…whaaaat are they doing and why so slow ? I’d switch my pharmacy again but I feel certain they will mess THAT up Too so I’ll wait another year til I move. Don’t come here unless you’re retired w nothing else to do.

Adam at the pharmacy stood out as a great employee to me, due to his safe information security practices and willingness to help, despite the pharmacy being understaffed it looks like. Might just be because it’s before Christmas.

Constantly lying about when they will fill the prescription. We called ahead of time and they said it will be ready in 10minutes. We get there 15 minutes later and were told to wait 15 more minutes and then 25 minutes later we are still waiting. Horrible time management and customer service. If it’s going to take an hour, just be honest so I’m not waiting so long… go fill your prescription somewhere else! This has happened to us a couple of times already!

I needed extra assistance during my two visits a couple of weeks ago. Heidi could not have been more kind and thorough. I had some difficulty with a couple of prescriptions that needed to be filled and there was a problem with both of them. They were time sensitive medications and the issues were outside of CVS fault. She did exactly what she said and in a very timely fashion, I was on my way. Thank you Heidi! (I wanted to send a review directly to CVS but they make that impossible.).

Pharmacy is ridiculous. Waited in line for over 20 min to be told I’d have to wait at least a hour to have my 4 year olds nausea medicine filled. Heidi told me it was a safety issue. Really.......I’m not filling a script for some perc 30’s just trying to keep my child from uncontrollably vomiting. Literally had it forwarded to west Chester who are freaking awesome and filled in less than 10 min and me and my son where back home to Powhatan in less time than Heidi told me she could get it filled.

The slowest service I have ever seen! Prescription was sent at 10:30am and by 5:30pm was still not ready. So one full day of pain and misery because of these folks.
