Probably the most efficient pharmacy I've ever used. Staff is also great.

Possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Waited in the line WELL before they closed for lunch break and as soon as I got to the window they shut it in my face to go on lunch after I had already been in the line for 40 minutes. I’m very understanding that they need to take a break, but they need better time management and to be able to manage how the handle the drive through in that situation. They should have a cut off time prior to break so they don’t have to cut people off who were already in line. Not only that, but even after waiting, my prescription still wasn’t ready after I had gotten a notification stating it should have been. Honestly just inconvenience after inconvenience with this location.

This place is so bad you'll consider going without your medication over dealing with the pharmacy. Absolutely pathetic service

Every time I have to pick up my prescription I'm reminded how much I hate this CVS. I truly wish my insurance covered Walgreens instead because this CVS makes me want to rip my hair out.

Possibly the worst place to get prescriptions never have what I need have to always transfer to other locations to fill even had to transfer three different to three different to have my full order. Go elsewhere for prescriptions they are overworked and filling too many orders due to insurance contracted with them

Rude customer service. Doctors on Hold for 20 mins waiting to order Rx No one answers the auto phone lines - kept getting g that annoying robo voice - Pharmacist seemed overwhelmed with filling prescriptions Young woman at front counter scolded me for going to front of the the line, after my Rx was finally filledCustomers in the line noticed her attitude and let me up frontNo offer to speak to anyone regarding Rx instructions or if I had any questionsI understand being short staffed - but a smile to customers rather than a snarl goes a long way The entire store was unprofessionally staffed

I don't know where these negative reviews are coming from. I've been using this CVS for 20 years. I shop the store, I use the drive thru, I've used the minute clinic, I've never had a bad experience here. The drive thru Rx staff are always prompt, polite, answer my questions. The store staff are friendly and help me when I need it.Look.....every retailer is suffering from staff shortages these days. Maybe if these Debbie downers showed a little kindness, they'd get kindness in return. I love this CVS.

This has to be the most deplorable pharmacy in the Richmond area. The turnover of staff is such that you are ALWAYS dealing with a trainee being supervised by a trainee so the likelihood of getting you prescriptions filled by the date and time promises is slim to none. They all look like they are overwhelmed. I just went to pick up a prescription that they have been filling for me for over 10 years. The brand new pharmacy tech said they need all kinds of new information about my insurance. Everything about my insurance is current, I provided them with a copy of my insurance card but they wanted different information (what they asked for was clearly on the insurance card). They are rude and unprofessional--but I guess when you have that level of staff turnover, the only things that matter are they showed up for work, have a pulse and are breathing. Disgusting service for what is supposed to be a professional agency.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I am new to the area and have been here twice to pick up prescriptions. The first time I waited for over an hour an no one called my name to let me know my prescription was ready. I had to keep going through the line to check on my order. Went back the next day the dr called in my prescription at 10a arrive to CVS at 1:30p and was told I had to wait another 30 minutes. This really unacceptable will NOT return

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes multiple times. I’ve asked them to fix my contact info in the system so I can get notifications about my prescriptions and they never did so I have absolutely no way of knowing if something is ready unless I drive there and sit in the(most likely) horrible drive through line. I was forced to switch from Walgreens and I’d give anything to go back.

Manager here was incredibly rude. I came here to use a coupon that specifically said "cannot use at self checkout." She looked at me like I was senile when I asked if there was someone to check me out as I had a coupon. She was mind blown, but continued to check me out. Then insisted I lift each item over the plexi glass instead of her grabbing them (what? Lmao.) Then was perplexed by a coupon- which didn't work. She didn't know why- how- or what to do to make the coupon work. I asked if a manager was here and she said it was her- wow... please find people who enjoy customer service. Or know how to operate anything. She told me to go to the pharmacy manager for help... yikes

We've used this CVS location for over 15 years and it has progressively gone down hill. The original reason I chose this location was that it was a 24 hr pharmacy, which is needed when you have small children. Well over the last few years the wait hold times on the phone to speak to someone have gotten out of control, the drive thru lines extremely long/slow. Now you can't find Covid testing appts anymore like you were able to, the last 2 years. Today I just had enough. I dropped off a rx yesterday and was told I could pick it up this morning. Went back around 5pm today in the drive thru to pick up the rx and the tech said she'd expedite filling it bc it was not filled yet. So I didn't complain and showed them some grace. I went back at 9pm and now the pharmacy is closed. New hours are 8am-8pm on Saturday/Sunday. WHAT!!! When did this location stop being a 24 hr pharmacy ? Why wouldn't the tech mention this? And why would they do that, during a "pandemic".

Oh my God. horrible horrible horrible horrible. I went to pick up a prescription the pharmacist told me that I filled it in Maryland. I don't know where he got that information from because it was incorrect. They don't answer the phone either, they must have their ringer off because they do not answer the phone. I think that they are dangerously incompetent. It takes a level of competency to dispense medication. They are not just selling overpriced junk and cleaning supplies. They are a pharmacy. They are not a 7-Eleven. 7-Eleven go ahead and sell stale Twinkies but when you're dispensing medication you have to have your pharmacy running properly. I will most likely file a complaint with the board that oversees Pharmacy's. And make sure that they comply with all of the rules and regulations that they are required to because CVS is not.
