Drive through closed. Big surprise. I love the inconvenience of having to go in and wait in line while sick as a dog. It's great. Wonderful even. I love it. I hope it happens every time. Oh wait. It does.

Some employees in the medication dispensing area who work here are useless. Teach your employees to respect customers and this has happened to me several times here. I will not return to this pharmacy.

A different CVS but same story. Store ID #1979. On hold for 1hr and then call was disconnected because the pharmacy had closed. I was calling about a prescription that hasn't been filled since August or September but the CVS app will give a date, then delay it . And you called to encounter a not so friendly CVS employee. To be told it's out of stock.

I've used this pharmacy several times over the past year and have always had a good experience. The pharmacy staff is friendly, and they are able to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. Like all pharmacies during cold and flu season the lines can be long, but it moves along fairly quickly.

If the incompetency of the staff is representative of the CVS company, then I think CVS would not last very long. I'm just imprisoned using them by my insurance company.

Yes , I almost hesitate to writer his review . I must , however , give kudos to this CVS .I usually have my prescriptions filled at a different pharmacy but today my usual CVS told me they were out of stock till Monday .That has happened before but usually I receive a notice . i called in my prescription and nobody said it would be delayed for 2 days. This medication is one I take every day and I usually check ahead , but did not this time .Anyway , the pharmacist did tell me that 2 other CVS pharmacies located close to me had the medication in stock I did call and the Genito pharmacy did renew my transferred prescription , and with a minimum of confusion .I am very pleased with the pharmacist at Genito who filled the prescription and added an apology for sone delay .I did use the drive through , and it was very easy to use . This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever utilized. They are ALWAYS so disorganized, filled prescription bags stacked all over a counter. I don't know how they keep it straight. The prescription is never ready when they say it will be. "Give us 30 minutes" is the standard reply. The drive-through is closed often for no apparent reason. I must use CVS due to TriCare for Life having a contract with them, however, even though this location is most convenient, I will need to transfer my prescriptions to another location and hope they are better.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Nice people, but very inept. They have mis-counted my Rx many times. They are always late filling Rx. The drive through is rarely open. Brandermill needs a quality pharmacy and this is not it.

You will wait hours for a prescription to be filled. Do yourself a favor and do not use this CVS. We pretty much waited from 5pm until 9:30 pm to get our prescription filled after being told time and time again it would only take 30 more minutes. Ridiculous!

This pharmacy has gone downhill in the last 8 years I've been going here. Last week I went to pick up my son's prescription and after waiting for 30 minutes to get it I get home and realize that they didn't mix his medication. I had to drive back up wait another 20 minutes to be helped then wait 15 minutes just for them to mix his prescription.

Please do not use this pharmacy. They will not go out of the way to help you. They do the bare minimum every time! After being told they can not refill my prescription for at least a week; I switched it to another cvs pharmacy and behold…filled! This isn’t the first time they have done this to me….Let me save you the headache, use another pharmacy….I am finally doing the same. They clearly hate their job and customers.

My last prescription I picked up had SOMEONE ELSE'S ADDERALL IN THE BAG! SERIOUSLY!Just find another pharmacy people! This place is a wreck!I have been going here for over a decade because of how close it is. They now have the drive thru closed 99% of the time so you have to go inside and wait in line that is about 15 people deep. The techs are so rude and they're out of medication about 50% of the time and don't tell you until the day you need it, even when you have it set on auto fill. So I transferred everything out of there today and don't care that I have to drive out of my way to do it. Do better CVS!

These folks truly have about the worse customer service I've ever experienced in a pharmacy. Beyond slow, they are unpleasant, constantly seemingly overwhelmed. I am speaking specifically of the pharmacy staff. Truly needs an overhaul of training and processes or they will (should!) be out of business... unless we continue to put up with mediocrity. I have slowly switched my services to Walgreens and even the simple things like calling to let you know a Rx is ready, simply do not happen. I get a call or text literally after I've picked up, as it to check a box.
