“I came to 2000 Net Computers after a power surge fried my power supply. I brought my computer in and he took a look before letting me know to buy a replacement part with the same model number (he pointed it out) which should resolve the issue (he did not charge me for this). Unfortunately, a few days later with a new power supply and my computer still did not turn on. I brought it back in and spoke with him before leaving my computer in his capable hands. A few business days later, I was able to pick up a working computer with all my files and settings intact. I heartily recommend this shop for any computer issues.”
