I purchased a CUK PC from Amazon and could not be happier with their product quality and customer service after the sale. Their customer service is responsive and friendly. If you do have to send in a product for repair, I can assure you they will update you throughout the process and return your product back to you quickly! We had to send in a PC on December 13 and we had it back, fully repaired, before Christmas. They stand behind their products and provide excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service. Vitaliy gave prompt replies and solutions to help fix my CUK system issues. In the end, needed to send in the rig for repair which was fixed quickly and sent back to me without a hassle. The whole process was quick and easy. Very good service. And this was for a sytem over a year old -- so glad they stood by their systems. I am very pleased with buying from CUK.

I ordered a gaming computer from Computer Upgrade King in November of 2022. Recently, after I upgraded my computer's bios, Windows reported that it was no longer activated. I tried calling Microsoft for help but got nowhere.I then contacted Computer Upgrade King's customer support, and their service was terrific. They had me perform several troubleshooting steps with very clear and easily understood directions. In the end, with nothing else solving the issue, they provided me with a new activation key, which solved the problem. Their communication was upbeat and professional.I'm grateful they care for their customers nearly a year after the sale. I'll certainly do business with them again in the future.

Great customer service, i had a malfunctioning cpu in my prebuilt computer and unfortunately had to pay to mail it back to them to claim the warranty, but they were prompt and responded quick to assist me in replacing the bad cpu.I would advise any future buyers to look at toms hardware for builds, as the builds these guys do are sub optimal and could result in problems, and claiming warranty on said problems is quite a hassle(I.e mailing in the entire computer and having to pay for shipping) also prebuilt computers will usually have issues and it’s very beneficial and easy to build one yourself and the warranty on faulty components won’t be voided by the manufacturers.

If I could give a lower grade I would, I paid thousands of dollars for a gaming PC. for it to be shipped late. took multiple weeks, to arrive. Didn't even have the PC 2 months and there was already a hardware failure. Customer Support Sucks, they take forever to reply, sometimes multiple days in succession. when they want you to ship the PC, it costs over 130 dollars in shipping Fee's to send to them, so we Opted for them to just mail the part for me to install. the customer Rep who was handling my issue, didn't order the correct part, and sent me a completely wrong part, so instead of sending me the correct part they wanted me to ship the PC in to install and repair the problem, again another 130+ out of pocket. not even 5 months in, and the 4400USD gaming desktop was blue screening and rebooting with unknown reasons. so, i contacted them again and they decided to send me a replacement SSD to install because they suspected the Windows 11 files got corrupted. it took them weeks to send that part out. turns out that wasn't the problem. so, they wanted me to ship the SSD back and then spend 130+ in shipping to mail the PC in for repairs, (Again this PC wasn't even 6 months old and still under 3yr warranty) This pissed me off, as it should because instead of a few days fix, my PC is now over 1 month being unusable (Because their QA team and their Support Team is terrible). Finally paid for the shipping, and it's been 2+ weeks without a response from their Customer Support Rep, or their RMA / Repair team. so basically, they just have my $4400 at their location with 0 communication or effort to do so, you need to email them the tracking Number, didn't even get a confirmation from the person working my case. I'm actually about to contact their local law enforcement and have them retrieve my property. hope it's not broken, because it was working I'd say 90%, the reason i sent it in was parts of my computer wasn't accessible, but it would turn on and i could use majority of the PC. so possibly going to have to use legal actions just to get my money/property back from this company. I even called instead of email, their automated voice line told me i was the only one in queue, and they let the phone ring for over 10 minutes, till the phone basically hung on due to not being available.......0/10 wouldn't recommend purchasing a PC from this company ever again, especially with this company time management. the fact the PC was malfunctioning so early shows a lot... and how costumer service is treating me and handling this particular issue. speaks even louder in why you shouldn't do business with Computer Upgrade King. . I wouldn't trust them ever; go find another company.

i purchased this computer from amazon and since it had to be signed for( and i work on call ) I took a vacation day to wait for it . during the whole time there was no tracking information and day before I called amazon to check what was going on . I was told it might be a glitch and just wait for the delivery date. Day arrived no package now it says delivery delayed and will email when it is shipped . So I cancelled the order. surprise surprise they quickly charged my account and and amazon is now saying they cant cancel the order.

Mixed review on this but i think it's worth 4 stars considering they took care of my issue promptly. I bought an empowered sentinel w/ i9-12900kf, RTX 4080, 32gb ddr5... spent some real money this time. 3 months in and it starts seriously lagging, check tenps and my CPU is at 100C.. i contacted CUK immediately and the guys that answered the phone, Ben, was personable and helpful. After a brief conversation where we attempted to troubleshoot he got me approved for a RME. They provided a UPS shipping label and i sent it off. Only two weeks to get back to me and over that course they took my calls when i was curious of status and the fella doing the repair, Jason, updated me on the issue when the solution was made. The problem? The AIO was not functioning. They replaced the AIO and now my pc is runnin just fine. Part of me feels like i should give 5 stars considering the service, but i just cant give it considering its a proprietary part that failed to begin. Overall though, would recommend

They replaced my laptop with the same garbage Swordfish nvme drives twice, that was enough for me to not bother sending it back to them even though it was under warranty and fix it myself. Turns out big boys with big boy careers can't afford to have to lose the weeks it takes them to not only replace their garbage hardware with garbage replacements, but not even know how to raid it.

I purchased an MSI laptop computer. When it arrived, the computer immediately began shutting down after playing games, with the core temperature reaching upwards to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. I shipped the computer back to them and they took two weeks to apply some thermal paste.About a year later, the computer began having the same issue and cannot even run games with decent graphics from 2015, despite having a GEFORCE RTX 2080. The GPU is absolutely shot, the computer was shipped to me already defective, and now my warranty has expired.I bought this laptop with half the life insurance my father bestowed upon me after he died. And I hate it. Terrible company that shipped a defective product then refused to replace it.

Dropped my side glass panel while upgrading my GPU, they responded fast and were happy to send me a replacement even though my case was older then the current variant they sell now. Great customer support! Justin is fantastic and very kind.
