The apartments are decent, not the best. And the breezeways in the back of the complex are utterly disgusting. They do not have anyone who comes and cleans the steps or walls on a weekly basis. More like never it seems. Very very disappointing how we are left out back here when it comes to cleanliness.

Katrina and Brittany are AMAZING!!! Katrina was very knowledgeable and patient as we toured the community. She answered all of my questions about the community. Btw, the community/spaces are very pristine with a very modern look! Thanks so much, Katrina and Brittany!!!

Went to an open house and trust me, I was sold. Everything was perfect. From the Lrg apartment to the grounds. Very clean and welcoming.Normally I would have an issue with how the office person greets with an attitude. In this case it wasn’t so. Very professional. I definitely recommend!

Very content with management and how personable they are. I had an issue which they could sense was out of my control and they were able to provide a quick resolution. The turn around time for assistance was next level versus anything I’ve experienced in the past. You can tell that these ladies care. Katrina comes off as a seasoned vet and has a great personality for this type of industry.

*Prompted to write review*The longer I am here, the more I wish I had taken time to look for better options. I definitely think the architect missed some vital opportunities to maximize space.1. The master bedroom has a long vanity space with a single sink, could have been a duel sink space.2. The closet space in the master is a complete understatement. I would have liked more closet than bathroom.3. The space of the foyer could have better been utilized for a double sided washer and dryer4. The hallways are supposed to add a more home like feel but all I see is under utilized space. I thought I disliked open floor plans but this could have benefited more with that concept5. Wrap around balcony but no storage closet? The length of the balcony could have extended and matched the living room space. But instead it cuts off, leaving the living room space cut short from the balcony.6. No full size gym. Just a few machines and weights. Huge disappointment there7. Closets and doors and drawers collide bc of the spacing so naturally have to ensure all things are closed before openingNot renewing, nice quiet neighborhood, good staff but ultimately not fulfilling for a way of living for me.

I love Commonwealth, the Management Team is awesome, they made me feel welcome at the door. The apartments are well constructed, not cheaply put together and I love my place. My neighbors are friendly and everyone smiles and says hello as they pass.

We are grateful Commonwealth Apartments provided our family the opportunity to call this community our home. The office staff and management team work diligently to address your questions and/or concerns upon viewing all of their beautiful floor plans. You apply through their online portal and the processing time is reasonable - few days in most cases. Management and their construction team thought the process through during the building process. Some of our favorite features are great kitchen and bathroom cabinet space, sufficient electrical outlets and light switches in all rooms, floors throughout are scratch resistant (no carpet), nice size bedrooms to fit King size bed with dresser and night stands. Optional trash pick up services available at your door everyday except Friday and Saturday (fee associated). Community is closely near banks, restaurants, movie theater, grocery stores, bowling alley, clothing stores and craft shops to name a few. We often joke about feeling as though we are living at a resort because of the abundance in amenities near. Most items your home is in need of is conveniently located near you within 5 to 10 minutes drive time and you are also located near the highway. The community is truly a gem and we are grateful to be apart of the Commonwealth Apartments family.
