Buff City Soap is a nice spot! Unique fragrances and more!! I’m a fan of the Breathe Shower Fizzy (nose opening) and I have so many of the soaps that I think I need therapy but I truly don’t want it. I have been to many of the locations but I like visiting this one because a wonderful young woman named Cara works there and she’s so polite. That’s not even my updated collection in the picture…it might be missing about 6-7 soaps.

Love this store but customer service needs some fine tu ing. When i went in there i was informed they had just finished a party. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes before the 1 employee in the retail area acknowledged i was standing there. 6 minutes or so into my wait i saw another employee in the back who looked at me and continued on her way. Great products but customer service needs work

Soap bars are made on-site. The soaps are all natural and make your skin feel wonderful! You can have parties there, or a ladies night, and make soap. There are lots of soap scents. They also sell bath and shower bombs, laundry detergents, wool dryer balls which you can add your choice of scents, and other things. I highly recommend Buff City Soaps.

I walked into this shop the other day and it is so lovely! My family & I were greeted immediately. I didn’t catch the lady’s name, but she was very kind and very informative about the products available. I explained that I’m allergic to Shea Butter & she took the time to show me which products I need to stay away from & which products I shouldn’t touch on display. I appreciated that. I will definitely be back to get a better look around. I was in a hurry the day I visited. I was only able to get one picture & that was of the sign outside. I took it so I could remember the store lol! I’ll take better pictures next time so everyone can see how great it is. But, good news, they are currently hiring! ?

Went in today and got refills. I thought they just changed my lid, weird, but ok. When I got home I noticed the container is smaller than what I still have. The girl never mentioned that the containers are smaller. They definitely should have let me know what the deal was. So be aware the containers used to be 908g, now they are 850g. I get that things change, but refills should be refills of what you have.

First time visiting this store and first experience with this brand/company. When I walked in, no one greeted me or even seemed to look in my direction. It was only when I went up to the group that I was helped; I didn’t get a super friendly vibe, but afterwards 1 of the employees took time to walk me around the store and another one spoke in my way out.While I didn’t love the initial reception, I definitely like the product - yummy, lush soap that smells so good and lathers.The lotion stick is also moisturizing and left my skin smelling great.

I recently purchased some of Buff City Soap's products and I'm so glad I did! The customer service was excellent and all of their soaps smell amazing. The scents are so unique and they leave my skin feeling so soft and refreshed. Highly recommended!

I absolutely LOVE their laundry soap!! The only thing I've found to snuff out the dog smell for my fur baby Athena's blanket. They also ask that you bring in your used soap containers when empty to be refilled! Making great products, no harsh chemicals, does better than name brand detergent AND they smell amazing!!!!

This store has it all! The place is huge so it’s not overcrowded allowing me to take my time to look around. The staff has been very helpful and have provided me with several samples of laundry detergents to try. It’s those samples that got me to buy Narcissist, Honey Suckle, and Fresh Cotton! Yesterday I combined two samples (You’re a Mean One and Fruity Loopy) to launder my drip dry clothes. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it, but it made the cleanest scent on my clothes! Highly recommend this store.
