We've seen Dr. Brandt since 2005 with our boxers. He and his employees have always been great. Excellent vet practice.

I was recommended by a Friend to come here and since it was a lot closer then my other vet I decided to try Dr .Brandt. Coming in with two pets the front desk was very busy and a little disorganized. One lady first asked me if I had my records and I said they were already sent over. Then she gave me a paper to fill out while I'm trying to hold two pets. As I sat down fill out the paper, I was reprimanded by her saying I was 5 minutes late. I told her I had a different time. She then said she was going to talk to the doctor about me being late in front of the whole office. Then someone else says OK you can go in a room now. Dr.Brandt seemed friendly and genuine and explained everything about what was going on was especially with one of my pets that needed treatment. Since I had two pets coming in for exams I wish I was given a visit summary for each pet explaining about their visit. My cat was given a vaccine and I did not get any information of any side effects from it or what my pets weight was. I was just given a list of services rendered. The lady that checked me out seemed very friendly and enjoyed her job and tried to accommodate my requests.

DO NOT use this vet! We have been patients for over 20 years for our 3 dogs and today was the first time I ever had a problem with one of our dogs and they weren't able to see her. I had to take her to the emergency vet in Carytown. After my dog had a scary episode, it's unacceptable that we cannot be seen by the vet who knows our dog the most.

I brought in my 19 year old cat who had never been seen at Brandts before. We have recently moved to the area. My cat had stopped eating and was wasting away. I knew it was time to put her down. The team at Brandt's were very kind and compassionate. They didn't make me wait long in the reception area. They ushered me into a private room and took very good care of my cat while putting her to rest. Then I could leave without stopping at the reaction area. I received a very nice handwritten card a week later. I appreciate how well we were cared for at this office. Bless you all for your mercy and care that you showed us.

My family and I have been going to what use to be Dr. Bills for our family pets ever since I was younger. I bought my dog Tank in there for his check up on January 13th. I stated that he was very lethargic and wasn't wasn't eating. I also was concerned with the lumps on his body. The appointment took all of 15 minutes, I waited longer in the waiting area then his appointment. They said he was healthy and the lumps were just fatty issue after taking a sample. Tank did not get any better and actually started getting worse. They couldn't fit me in so I went to Woodlake Animal Hospital and turns out his "fatty tissue" were inflamed because he has intestinal cancer. Which is causing his pancreas to be inflamed. All of this I found out of Woodlake Animal Hospital because Brandt Veterinary didn't even offer to draw blood at his check up or try to see why he was feeling so ill. When I went to Woodlake vet they drew blood, did an x-ray and I came back the following Monday for an ultrasound. (They also called me over the weekend to check on tank) Mind you I went to Woodlake vet a week after I had his check up at Brandt on the 13th of January. I CANNOT BEING TO EXPLAIN THE HEART ACHe AND DISAPPOINTMENT I experienced learning he has cancer and my own family vet couldn't even do the proper things to even try to see what was going on. NEVER EVER will I take my animals to BRANDT VETERINARY. Woodlake Animal Hospital went above and beyond for tank and the Bergman family and I cannot praise them enough. I would think twice before taking your pet to Brandt Veterinary Hospital. DO BETTER BRANDT DO BETTER I hate I even had to write this and imagine how I feel knowing you could have done the proper testing to see why he wasn't feeling well instead of sending us on our way because you were so busy. After years of being a loyal customer I will never take my animal to your business knowing you have done more for them.

These vets are excellent clinicians, patient with worried dog owners and keep pets healthy. They give you honest choices of treatments and surgery including clear estimates of cost in choices and likelihood of success. The vets and the staff truly care about your pet and understand and accommodate your concerns. I would never go anywhere else.

Staff is helpful, vets are knowledgeable & caring. Prices are reasonable. We’ve seen Dr. Steve & Dr. Bill for many, many years. We drive 35 min. past many other vets to go there.

We love Dr. Bill’s Pet Infirmary. They take such great care of both of our black labs, one is eight and one is one years old. You can tell that Dr. Bill and the staff really love what they do and taking care of pets. A lot of our friends use Dr. Bill’s, too, and I’ve only ever heard good things about them so when we moved to the area they were our first choice.
