It's nice to go into a big housing development and go around to a lot of yard sales. People are nice, polite, and so much for sale at good prices. Brandermill has yard sales spring and fall.

Wonderful place to live! Swift Creek Reservoir borders the community with miles of walking and biking paths to enjoy nature's beauty surrounding it. Three pools to enjoy over the summer, two overlooking the reservoir.
