Last week I had a very bad week (everyone has those from time to time)…I had to move my appointment and unfortunately I wrote down the wrong time. When I got there I was informed that my appointment was an hour earlier. They could not fit me in (with anyone) at all even though I live an hour and a half away. Keep in mind I am also a LONG time monthly customers—8 or so years…so I get home only to find a $60 charge for missing my appointment! So much for being a loyal customer. I also have several wax packages open with them and that wasn’t used…they charged my credit card! I sent an email to which I’ve received NO response. After so many years of loyalty (and having dealt with them having to change appointments because staff leave or they ask me to work with a trainee) I feel like I need to find another place but unfortunately I still have almost a year of wax packages!!Service: Body waxing

Wonderful. Best Salon I have ever been to. Hairstylist are wonderfull. They have alot of services. Everyone is very friendly. Prices are about like any where else, You get what u pay for. Their are alot of options on Services and Products. Most places their Products are way to High. Not here. They are highly trained ?. I have never wrote this about any Salon before. I wish I had known about them before. I could have saved alot of money and Valuable Time.

Cam at the commonwealth location is the greatest! His professionalism is the absolute best. He has the best character and personality that by the time you finish talking the wax is over. Painless and clean, bombshell atmosphere is so aesthetically pleasurable! I refuse to go to anyone but Cam and everyone I have recommended to him follows the same feeling!Service: Body waxing

Cam was amazing! It was my first facial and he made it such a great experience. He put me at ease with his lovely bedside manner and conversation. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had about my skin. Everyone at the front was also very welcoming and created a great environment when I arrived, I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Love this Place, This salon is so cute and trendy. Mollie, is amazing. She hooked me up with an Amazing Spray tan, I wanted to be super dark, and she help me achieve the results I desired. She made me feel so comfortable too. She is a perfectionist, and strives for her clients to have the best experience, and glowing sun-kissed skin.

This was my first experience getting a Brazilian wax and I was really nervous, but Adaja did a great job! She answered all my questions and really helped calm my nerves, and she was pleasant and kept up a conversation to help distract me. If you’re nervous about the pain don’t be! I received a gift card for Christmas to get a haircut at Bombshell. I was blown away. Greeted immediately and offered to use the restroom and a water. No wait at all! Tiz gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! My hair literally falls into place with minimal help from my blow dryer and brush. Manger stopped and checked how I was doing and everyone was so friendly. I truly felt I was in the styling environment I’ve looked for. Super professional without being uppity just comfortable and friendly. I’m a customer for life.Service: Hairstyling
