Went to book an appointment for a wax on a specific day, since I am going on vacation out of the country 2 days later. The first appointment was canceled because one of the employees quit, which I was annoyed but whatever, things happen. I rescheduled again for the same day, and a few days later it got canceled. No explanation, nothing. I wanted to get waxed here since I had been here before, but having my appointment canceled not only once, but twice? Seriously so unprofessional and I will never be returning.

My first experience here was amazing! My stylist & I had great conversation & she did a fantastic job on my hair. Everyone was so nice. I will most definitely be returning!

A little pricey but I think everything is these days! My stylist did a good job! If you want color that is really technical and crazy I'm not so sure if this is the place, but definitely for basic color partials all over color.

I recommend this salon to everyone I talk to! I see Gaia every month for a wax religiously and know I will receive perfect results every time. I found her name off of reviews on Google so now I am playing my part and recommending her too.

Jessica was super kind and explained the whole waxing process to me before she started. Cute interior and welcoming staff will put you at ease if you are new to this!

What can I even say?? I’ve been here about 3 times since May. Sara and I just CLICKED from the first meeting. There’s never any awkward pauses or weird moments of silence. It’s like coming to see my bestie, the fact that she always does an amazing job on my hair is just an added bonus. Sarah always does an amazing job on my hair and if she didn’t know it already, she definitely has a client for life here!!!

Last week I had a very bad week (everyone has those from time to time)…I had to move my appointment and unfortunately I wrote down the wrong time. When I got there I was informed that my appointment was an hour earlier. They could not fit me in (with anyone) at all even though I live an hour and a half away. Keep in mind I am also a LONG time monthly customers—8 or so years…so I get home only to find a $60 charge for missing my appointment! So much for being a loyal customer. I also have several wax packages open with them and that wasn’t used…they charged my credit card! I sent an email to which I’ve received NO response. After so many years of loyalty (and having dealt with them having to change appointments because staff leave or they ask me to work with a trainee) I feel like I need to find another place but unfortunately I still have almost a year of wax packages!!Service: Body waxing
