“I had the misfortune of being in an accident. However, from the accident, I was very fortunate to find my way to L&M Body Shop. I met Kendall and Allie who were my guides through the whole process, including contacting Enterprise for a rental. After droppping off my car, Billy would call and infom me of the progress on my car from receiving the ok for the estinate, receiving the car parts into the shop to begin repairs, to explaining that he didn't approve of the trim that was sent and would be switching it out. I really appreciate Billy's attention to detail for my 2014 Honda, and the professional quality work of his staff, who returned it to me, looking like new.”

“Since February my driver side mirror was mostly obliterated from an ice trunk falling off of an oncoming car I’ve been rocking a mirror made of mostly duct tape.

I finally took the time to order a new mirror and brought it to Smart fix auto painting where I discovered that my vehicle actually had a really unique paint color.

They made multiple attempts to try and match the paint and the job took a lot longer than anticipated, but do some communication and research they were able to get an almost exact match on the mirror.

Not only were they able to get a great match but they were able to do two separate finishes just like the original mirror had.

I just finished installing it myself even though they offered to do so and it looks great!

“I bought a new (to me) car recently. Of course, a couple of weeks later I get rock hitting my windshield and creating a small, but alarming spider crack. When I got to my destination I ate lunch and called Safelite for an appointment. I got one for 2:30 that day, but it was only 1:30. So I drove the 10 minutes over there anyway and the following happened...
1. I was greeted cheerfully.
2. I was told that they could go ahead and work on it now.
3. Brandon, my repair person greeted me in the waiting room and went with me to the car to make sure where the crack was and that it was repairable.
4. I went next door to Bruster's for ice cream (Okay, I know this is not windshield-related, but what a great place for a Bruster's!!)
5. I came back, ate my ice cream, had a complimentary tea, and as soon as I made the tea, Brandon called my name and took me out to the car.
6. Which cost me nothing because of insurance.
