What a nice surprise! Moved to Virginia from Arizona and never been inside a BJ's. No crowds, great buys and so many choices of everything. My first visit and I became a member. Above all the stuff inside, the gas prices are the lowest I can find and enjoy saving money at the pump. I've been back several times and will continue to return often.

Whomever thought it a good idea to put Handicap parking farthest from the doors and people with infants, that are put in a stroller....with wheels...that they can then push, directly in front of the doors, is an idiot.

I got to BJs with my 3 little kids and realized my back tire was completely flat. There was only one guy working in the tire center, he said he would try to get to my car tonight. I am so thankful to Joel for helping me out. He was able to fix my tire, and even stayed passed closing to make sure it got done for us. We are so grateful. This will be our new tire shop, thanks to Joel’s outstanding customer service and commitment. Thank you Joel!

A million Thank Yous to Kevin in the tire center? Also, thank you to Jorge (came by to check on Kevin) that me some good auto suggestions ??!Today I rolled over something in my Honda Accord and went to BJs to get air in my tire and fuel up. I could hear the air flying out the tire as it was being filled so my daughter decided to call Tire Center 12 minutes before they closed to ask if someone could assist. I was so grateful for Kevin that answered the phone and said to bring it by to take a look at it. Good thing he did because I had two holes on the inner wall of my tire that wouldn't have held air for me to make it back home. Even though he wasn't able to replace my tire (not in stock) he stayed over his shift to put on my spare tire for me. This type of over and beyond customer service from both Kevin and Jorge was amazing and I had to recognize them for helping me today??.

Hooray for free sample Saturdays- they are back and better than ever. First time checking out this location and I was impressed with how friendly the employees were. As this is a newer location the aisles are spacious, they layout is functional and the store is sparkling clean!

The first impression is a lasting impression. Ok, so I signed up for my membership online a few evenings ago. And decided today I would go to the store to pick up my actual membership card. Well the door greeter was friendly. Went to member services the cashier I had wasn't that friendly maybe she didn't want to be there. Just my opinion. So I told her what I was trying to do. I stayed that my address was incorrect on my drivers license and gave her my current address. She then hands me my ID and membership cards and I was on my way. Luckily as I was walking to my car I looked at the cards. This idiot yeah I said it had given me the wrong cards. I'm like are you serious. So I turned back around went back in the store. Walked back up to her I forgot what her simple self said something to the effect are you getting a new membership or are you signing up. Whatever it was it was stupid because did she not hear anything I said when I first walked in. So how many other customers are walking around with the WRONG cards? If she doesn't want to do her job let someone else have it. Or she she be more like her coworker who was very pleasant and professional to the customer she was helping. Not everyone needs to work with the public. Those people need to be in the back definitely not at member services or a cashier. Hopefully, the next time I go back I'll have a better experience. If not then I won't be renewing my membership for the next year.

Brand new store opened near the intersection of Hull Street Rd and RT288. The store is clean and well organized. From prepackaged groceries to a fresh bakery and meat department. Like most clubs it is set up for bulk purchases. Stopped by on a Sat afternoon and found the place easier to Maneuver than another club store off of Midlothian Turnpike. Prices are a little higher here in comparison to other clubs but the trade off is you don't have the swarms of people and plenty of parking.
