It really should only have one star. The day I showed up to pick my clothing up it was not bagged to go out. They handed to me anyway pretending it was done. Still charged me, tried to pretend they made a mistake on the change and almost took an extra 5 dollars. When I got home my clothing was still dirty. Do not trust these people at all. They are shady

Recently ran into a time crunch with cleaning/pressing my daughter's wedding dress. Andrew checked into timing and pricing for me and called me to let me know that it was done ahead of schedule! This relieved a lot of stress for us. Great experience!!Service: Wedding gown cleaning

I asked for a suit, 2 shirts and a dress to be pressed and altered by Wednesday night. I understood the tight timeline but I was told it could happen. When I arrived on Wednesday at around 6:00 pm the dress was not there. The jacket for the suit was nowhere to be found. He seemed extremely disorganized and had trouble even finding the garments that were actually ready. I was asked “Did I tell you it would be ready today?” Mhmh. The answer is yes, otherwise I would have not dropped it off. He even mentioned it would be no trouble to do the dry cleaning but the altering of the dress would take longer and yet he agreed to Wednesday after 5:00 pm. My flight is tomorrow at 5:40 am. I was asked to return in 2 hours. I had another commitment I missed because I was told I would be called possibly before then. The owner seemed more concerned with having to stay there and “wanting to go home” as he mentioned, than the stress I went under thinking I wouldn’t have this dress for the wedding I’m attending. If the timeline was too tight then say you can’t do it, but don’t fake guarantees and then act like you didn’t do that. Will not return and it’s a shame because I was looking forward to good service to start continuous business. The whole ordeal was handled poorly; I was furious and he’s trying to make small talk and act like nothing happened. I still paid full price, but I am grateful he at least stayed until my dress was returned.Service: Alterations
