“Just want to thank Danny Mastermaker, David Rolston, and all the other staff at Haley Chevrolet for a smooth shopping and buying experience. From the initial discussion on options, followed by placing an order, to taking delivery, the whole process was clearly explained and I was kept up to date with the progress of the car the whole time. When taking delivery exactly 2 months later, the staff was well prepared in advance and everything was handled quick and efficiently resulting in a very short time to complete the necessary paperwork and finalize the transaction. Afterwards, a detailed orientation was provided to review the features of the car, get onstar set up, and answer any questions as they arose. Highly recommend Haley Chevrolet, Danny, and David for any prospective buyers.”

“With my car repair the beginning was a little rocky but once my car made it to the shop. Destiny was great with helping me feel confident in my repair. Wesley was great at keeping me updated with my repairs and letting my know the process although he was stern with some of his answers and tone he keep things on track. But picking my car up was the best part not only did I get my car back 2 weeks earlier (with parts still on order) but I got the opportunity of meeting the General Manger Logan ! And he was amazing he spoke to me with such a kind manner and we even share a laugh or two. Once he notice glass in my car he offered himself to come and pick it up from my job to get everything finished up for me. He was like the cherry on top of a banana spilt!”

Jason helped me the most recently and was so honest about my options, took a look at my car and gave me a darn close estimate for all the repairs. They don't upsell or push anything, and their invoices clearly show what everything costs, and they ask permission before making any changes to your car. A less important note is they made sure the radio was turned down, the ac wasn't blasting, and they left it as they found it. Overall I always appreciate their service, and would highly recommend.”
“I was told I needed a battery by another supplier. I came to Autozone to compare prices. I worked with Clayton who offered excellent customer service. In addition to changing my batteries in my car remotes, and teaching me how to replace my air filter, he re-tested my current battery to see if I needed a new one. We found out it tested good and that a new one wasn’t necessary. After discussing my options, I decided to return the new battery and keep the old. I appreciate his honesty and the knowledge he shared with me. You’ve got a good one in Clayton!”

“Nathan, Sam, and the gang at Truck Outfitters went above and beyond when we needed a Jeep repair done in a hurry recently. They rushed delivery of a part to one of their homes on a Saturday and a technician offered to come in on a Sunday (Mother's Day no less) to make sure the repair was done in time for my daughter to leave on an 800-mile journey. I appreciated the follow up call to make sure she had arrived safely. I will definitely be recommending Truck Outfitters in the future.”

My service advisor Wendy was there for me with updates and to provide the best experience possible... considering the situation with my car being damaged. The work looked amazing as well as the paint, so a big thank you to the body technician and painter as my car looks brand new! It was also very clean up on receiving it back, so thanks to the detailer as well! I did get to speak to the manager (Mr. Castle) and he was a pleasure to deal with also. “The team at Clover Hill Tire and Auto are incredible! A few weeks ago, my husband and I were in a bind with a rental car with a flat tire. They got us in within a few hours on a busy Friday morning to take a look at it. Unfortunately, the tire couldn’t be repaired without replacing it, but they were kind enough not to charge us for their time/labor, since they couldn’t fix it. They even took pictures so we could go back to deal with the rental company. Incredibly helpful and honest and we really appreciated their kindness that day!”

“These guys. They have consistently put me and my family first. Most recently, they advised me to take my car to the dealer to see if a service would be under warranty. They could have pocketed $500 in revenue, but didn't. And when we sliced a tire open this week as well, they didn't even swing at upselling to two: the paired tire was quite close in wear and they agreed it was not necessary to replace it.
Other mechanics send you with a receipt and a list of $700 of things you ought to do. Every time. Not Allen Tire on Midlothian. I thank them.”
