Rarely get out of work in time to even go to store to shop . Pulled in at 5:30 walked in wasn’t even greeted at all .not even I’ll be with you in a minute . Felt like I was a nuisance , Only one other person there . Wanted to get a sick system for my new truck . So I left no effort to even stop me and went to car toys . Greeted with open arms . Decided on a $5000 system scheduled service . Too bad I really wanted focal speakers but not to be treated like this . Makes me wonder how much money they lose with that service . I heard they have a good installer too . It’s a shame .it’s an honest review and I’ve used every shop in town for various vehicles over the years sorry you don’t like the review . I spoke to your employee not the other way around . Yes when I walk into a shop I do expect a hey be with you in a minute not ignored . Sorry facts . We don’t have a history I’m holding onto too maybe you do . This review is only for this shop at alverser drive .

Highly recommend this store. Answered my myriad of car audio questions with great patience, and knowledge. They really took the time to help me formulate a plan to improve my car's stereo. I was not working with a huge budget, but they were able to steer me to upgrades that gave me the biggest bang for my buck. Their installation was done completely professionally and super clean. They worked with me before during and after install to make sure all the work was done to my liking and make sure I was fully satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the look and sound of my upgrade. Audio Express is now my go to store for all things car audio. Thanks for the impeccable customer service and killer sounding tunes.

I ordered a truck bed cover and was told it would take 2 weeks to come in. 4 months later still no cover. I called stopped in to check on when it would be in 4 or 5 times always told the same thing it's on backorder and I will call and find out how much longer and give you a call back. Also that never happened? No return call. I went to truck and thunder and they got my cover in one day. Don't bit anything from Audio Express! I also called the owner no return phone call!

I went to the Alversar drive location for my remote start issue. Chad and the technician couldn’t get the old remotes to work because the existing system was bad. I ended up buying a new remote start system. The team was dedicated and diligent in solving my issue and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. This is THE BEST place to go for your automotive needs.

I have been doing business with Audio Express since the mid 90s and they have upgraded the audio and video in all my vehicles. You can't ask for better service or knowledge and their installations look like it came from the factory. They have also installed the full system on my boat and Polaris RZR 1000. You can't get this kind of service or quality from another shop or big box store!

Man honestly I asked these guys to give me better speakers than the ones in my truck and they literally sound the same. It’s my fault for being naive but I wish they would have suggested that I just keep what I had until I could buy something better than what THEY picked out. I feel like they just wanted to make a sale but it’s all good. Just have an idea of what you want instead of leaving it up to them. They’ll sell you whatever it seems like. I’m going to a different location next time though. PLUS it took them almost all day for them to install something I could have YouTubed and done within an hour. I came in when they opened and my truck was done around 2:30-3 I believe. I only bring this up because it’s not a busy location and they were literally doing nothing when I came in so there was no reason they couldn’t have gotten started sooner than when I assumed they did. My experience and opinion.

Went in a few days ago to upgrade Amp and speakers on my new ride. We were just ignored. Did a lap around the store but apparently the guy behind the counter was more interested in his magazine. I was ready to buy right then and there, too

If I could give a zero I would. Set up an appointment before Christmas to have a remote start installed in my wife's vehicle. Drop the vehicle of this morning before they open. Call at 2 when the vehicle is supposed to be finished to be told that it will be done at 5 or 515. No problem. I get a call at 450 asking me if they can keep the vehicle until the next day because they got backed up to which I responded that my wife should be almost there to pick it up because that's when they said it would be ready. I ask what time tomorrow Dan tells me 12. I say well I have no choice you have my vehicle torn down. Dan and I hang up. My wife shows up to pick it up goes inside and is told THAT THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED WORKING ON MY VEHICLE!.. At no time from Dan did he say hey Cory I apologize all he can say is " I thought I could fit it in." By this time I told my wife to get the car and go home. Basically zero customer service from Dan who at this point tells my wife that they offered to stay late to get it done (which they did not) and if we wanted to get the work done it would be between 1 and 2 tomorrow. Again if Dan had told me at 2 that they were stacked up or behind I would have said no problem let's schedule it again another day. It boils down to zero communication and flat out being lied to. Find somewhere else to get it done.

Great crew ... Sold me what I was looking to get ... Didn't try to upsell, just to make more money ... Good work ... Didn't destroy my interior (older vehicle)(they had pre-warned me to expect some unavoidable damage) ... Nice people, took time to explain stuff and then performed their job on target ...
