I was really surprised and pleased with my visit! My couch is old and beat up, and Ashley had lots of nice well made options. Caroline helped me out a ton, she was kind and understanding about my “limited budget” too (I’m kinda broke right now). The 1yr financing with no interest is a nice feature. There were definitely some couches that were too pricey for me, but I found three really nice ones that were affordable AND on sale. They also have some cool homegoods stuff like a big funky mirror that I could see in the Quirk hotel. The only thing I’d change is the wall art, some of the paintings are really cheesy. Thanks Caroline and Ashley!!!

Betty was a awesome sale personI wasn't coming in to buy anything but after talking to Betty I got a couch and bed w/dresser , a very friendly woman and I loved her spirit I would give her a 100% sale person .also another guy came as she was taking care of me was also was friendly and the sale lady that help Betty close me out came and explained to me about the sale program was awesome as well everyone was great that I came encounter with thanks for the service I got

Ask for Khadija when you arrive! She was very impressive throughout the entire experience! She was informative, kind, very thorough and professional. I loved the no pressure approach throughout ! My experience with Stephen Banks today was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable how to floor plan all of my furniture needs to fit the dimensions of my new apartment home based on my personal floor plan. I was able to purchase a complete living room space and 2 bar stools for my kitchen counter. I also purchased 2 matching dressers asbestos D as chair side table. All of the furniture pieces were masterfully matched with color matching scheme and wood finish. I am very happy with all of my purchases and can’t wait until everything is delivered. It will be an outstanding and beautiful living room, bedroom, with dining bar stool chairs. Thank you, Steve and Ashley Furniture for making my experience so memorable and special.

Chris Music and Jordan were so helpful best customer experience ever. We came in a few times and had to make some changes. Chris was extremely patient and showed us all of our options and made changes accordingly. Jordan helped us very quickly and made the experience very delightful. Jay, Khadija, Blake and Kendall are AMAZING!!! I ran into a hiccup from a previous purchase from another location. They were polite, efficient and eager to help. They resolved my issue and got me all squared away. Such an amazing team. KEEP THEM AROUND! Hull street location! Phenomenal customer service.
