It’s the only convenient store in this area. They have a car wash. There’s a good selection inside and the workers are nice. It doesn’t get too busy.

An inconvenient convenience store. This location never has anything ready on the rollers, especially hot dogs. Either it's completely empty, or they just noticed it was empty and put uncooked items out. I try to come at different times but always the same story. Maybe they need to put in better view of the employees. Did not used to be an issue prior to them moving things around.

I'd give a 0 if I could. I wanted subway from here, but when I got inside this young orange haired kid ruined it for me. Definitely had dirty hands cause I watched him put his fingers in his mouth before trying to put on a pair of gloves. His hair was long and draped over his face so anybody eating here get ready to eat long orange in your food. I walked away and wasn't eating from anything that guy touched.

It’s ok. I don’t get gas here but apparently there’s an issue with the pumps accepting cc’s. They have an automated car wash, and a subway inside the store. Last time my husband was there, they were out of all bottled diet sodas and the fountain mix was flat. Weird. He brought me a can of Diet Coke instead. There is often a line during busy hours and in summer, but I’ve never really had a rude cashier, just slow checkout. It’s ok for a quick bite or snack, and if you really need gas you can pay inside then pump. Just not super convenient. However, it’s close to my home so I’m sure I’ll be back every now and then.

This 7-11 at 14600 Times Square Drive (off of Watermill Dr.) has to be of the most unprofessional 7-11 sites I've ever visited in this area or other states as well. A lot of the employees act like they don't want to be there. 7-11 is most renowned for their Slurpee's. I'll say 9 out of 10 times I take the grandchildren into the store (because it's very close to our house) the Slurpee machines are down. I asked a few days ago when they would be back up, they told me the next day. I went up there the next day and they were still down. I inquired once again, and they had to go check incoming stock. They said just two of the flavors might be available later (of course it's the two flavors my grandchildren cannot have - they were very disappointed again). They need to get a neon sign to put in the window that says when the machines are down to help prevent people wasting their time going into the store.

Pretty much never any fresh food, always has massive lines, and employees tend to be fairly rude. Also a massive pain to get to and from Fountain View Drive during rush hour but that's not their fault.

Pumps are terrible and they hardly work. They never post signs about pumps not working, not accepting cards, etc. Today 9/26/22 only pump 1 & 2 are working, but you have to go inside to pre-pay. Once again no sign and it takes a honest 15 minutes to pump 28 gallons. Also nothing inside is ever maintained. Subway here is just as bad.

The big white girl that works here and drives a brown suburban started cussing and getting mad cause I was parked close to her when she was on the line close to my car and she hit her door against my car. What a rude lady and a terrible 7/11 for hiring such a aggressive, attitude, no sense person.

Brandon needs to re-take his alcohol and beverage sales training. State of Virginia allows parent to purchase alcohol with their minor children. Brandon refused sale for alcohol for me, 42, with my 18 yr old son present even though names and address on ID’s are the same. Said he could consume the alcohol with me as the parent but I was not able to purchase it. I even presented the law to him and he was not willing to accept that he was incorrect in his knowledge.
