I sought Daniel's services for two jobs, and both times he was a pleasure to work with, providing a clear overview of the project at a reasonable price. I would gladly hire Daniel in the future and recommend him to anyone looking to build their dream home or rehab their basement.

Daniel and his team did an excellent job on our previous basement and after 5 yrs there wasn't one nail pop, I'm in a new home now and there were nail pops before we moved in, there was drywall work that wasn't done right. I wish I would have built with Richards' Homes. Their quality was far better than the home I'm in right now. I have some rooms that need finished and I will be asking Daniel if he would come do them!

We are still enjoying the quality of the house Richards Homes built for us 12 years ago. The experience of building was awesome! Daniel and his family are wonderful people and he builds a beautiful, efficient and quality home. We recommend Daniel to all of our friends.

I had Richards' Home finish out a bedroom and bath for my basement. From the initial consultation through work starting I was always kept in the loop on the progress and what should happen next. Throughout the construction each sub was introduced to me, and their work promptly reviewed. I have been extremely pleased with Richards' Home and all of the subs that were used.

Two years ago we selected Richards Homes to complete the basement in our home. Daniel always introduced any subcontractor and checked their work. Recently our drink cooler died and a board had to be removed so the new refrigerator would fit. He came by the house and fixed the problem just to be nice. You can’t do any better.

Richards home refinished our basement and bathroom in basement. It was a pleasure working with Daniel and all his sub contractors. Communication was spot on, the work was beautifully done- so much so we used him to put in a new door. I highly recommend Richards home for any work done for your home!

My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Richards’ Homes and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest experienced builder that takes great pride in their work. We built a second home on a mountain side in Front Royal so we were not able to visit as often as we would have liked to see the progress being made. But we were always pleased with the craftsmanship and the progress when we visited. The process was smooth with just a few hiccups along the way. Mr. Richard treated my home as if it was his own making sure everything was done correctly. At times, I felt like his trades and subs often went above and beyond and gave me the best service possible. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship and the completed product exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for the beautiful new home, we are very proud of it. It is everything we wanted!

I had a bedroom + full bath added to my basement. The entire process was made very easy - Dan kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and his team (and subs) were very friendly, neat and skilled. I'd use them for any future construction work.
