“I am so impressed with the staff at the Stephens City location. While I was there, the computers went down. Myra immediately took control of the situation and requested additional help up front. She kept apologizing to those of us in line but I really didn’t mind at all because she was doing everything she could. Once she got the computers back up, she was helping multiple people and directing other staff on how to help also. She was proactive and we all noticed. She certainly impressed me!

“Above and beyond. I had a package that was one of those UPS>local usps carrier deals and tracking said it was delivered. I went in and explained the situation and someone came out personally and looked in the boxes on my street and found it was in wrong box. They hand delivered to my door. Thank u !”
