Service was subpar. AM worker seemed annoyed that in interrupted them to check out. Actual dirt on the floor of our room. Too exhausted from travel to request a room change. Exit in the stairwell was jammed, thankfully no emergency. Bed was okay, bedding was clean.

I have to give it 5 stars. Very friendly staff. Convenient to I-81. Great price/value. Nearby restaurants. Renovated rooms.
