“This location has a great selection of items and is well organized. James was very helpful in finding the items I needed and with balloons, thank you for being friendly and getting me taken care of!”
“Very good. Very stocked. I found everything I went in for some craft boxes to make two different homemade jewelry boxes for two of my granddaughters with two different looks,I will post pictures once I am finished. Also grabbed a couple cleaning supplies. Hurray.?”
“We went to get some small stuff to interest our young children for the rest of the summer. School can't come soon enough, to be honest. We ended up getting toys, a decoration, some candy and snacks, school supplies, and even a few hair accessories for me. Highlight of the trip has been the mini not-quite-Jenga game. We have been playing with this for well over an hour and it's been a blast. I've never played before and didn't realize how nerve-wracking Jenga could be! Well worth the $1.25 we spent, and we will go back and get a few more as backups. That was today, we got all of our Easter stuff there and I even swung by right after they opened to pick up a few pregnancy tests while trying to conceive my son.The store itself isn't in the best of shape. It's clean, but it looks like nothing was really upgraded between the closing of the Rite-Aid that was there before and the opening of this store. Staff is a 5-star staff - every single employee was friendly and helpful. The cashier even warned of a road closure nearby due to a gas line explosion in the neighboring town. We will be back, many times...I need the Jurassic Park t-shirt I initially refused to get for myself.”
“The staff are friendly but obviously overworked. the manager is phenomenal and has always been a genuine pleasure to meet and greet. they clearly (as a company) need a better way to stock shelves rarher than try and attempt back aisle stuff during working hours. come on $ general. get better. hire one overnight person to do the truck. no interruptions and no customers equals quickness and neatness. check out the aldi model!!!!!”
“We love the Dollar Tree my wife goes in there at least once or twice a week sometimes more. They use to have a lot of nice things for $5 but lately my wife hasn't been able to really find anything in the $5 spot.”
“As a rule, we don't go to Dollar General - corporate doesn't pay their employees a living wage & would rather pay off fines than abide by OSHA regulations. But we were hundreds of miles from home on a school/work road trip so here we were, needing certain things, knowing Dollar General would have them for a reasonable price, not having time to hunt things down at multiple stores. We were greeted several times, my husband rattled off the things we needed & we were immediately showed exactly where they were, the cashier at checkout was friendly, & POOF, we were on our way. They even helped us find ice as this DG location doesn't sell any. GREAT staff, so helpful, we are so grateful. ✌️”
“This store & its manager are amazing. Clean, organized, stocked. The Front Royal store is always a mess, boxes & stocking carts in the way, employees don't hardly say a word so walking into Strasburgs store is a breath of fresh air everytime.”
“Great customer service and one of my favorite places to go. Per usual has a little of everything and the employees make it worth coming to for your whatever needs.”

“I'm always greeted. Employees are always busy completing some task but not too busy to assist. I've never left that store without being asked did I find everything I needed. Always a pleasure.”
