paid $80 for a pearl necklace that was not in good condition and broke the moment it was in the box. check the quality before buying stuff here. never even got to wear it.

Beautiful and friendly antique store. Love all the amazing jewelry! Had a great experience talking to Lisa, she helped us pick out jewelry and purse for my daughter’s prom. Friendly service and unique vintage finds! Will go back again.

I once went into an Italian shoe store in Rome to look at some beautiful men's loafers. I had to have them until I looked at the price and realized they were the equivalent of $7,000 USD. I left the store and thanked the clerk for allowing me to just come in the store and look at the shoes. Entering the Middleburg Antique Emporium was like deja vu all over again. Everything was beautiful; nothing was affordable. Trust me.

Walking in, you'll see that there are a lot of nice things in this place. We weren't necessarily looking for antiques but we knew what we wanted and decided to come in and check it out. It's a large space with a lot of stuff crammed in. This place had the most fox/horse stuff and furniture of all the places we walked into this day. The only marked difference was the pricing. I swear I saw the same china set at another store down the street for $200 less. $200!!! That's not chump change. I noticed all the pricing in here was extreme. If you want me to pay $100 for one champagne glass with silver on the stem, you're gonna have to polish that silver for me. Yikes. Also, there didn't seem to be anyone working upstairs. When we went downstairs, there were a few people staring at two older men cutting carpets and they all turned and looked at us crazy. That was when I knew to leave. Another yikes!!! They didn't have what we wanted and to all the people who say they come here every time they come to Middleburg and buy something every single time, show me. I'm super curious.
