Forfeited other companies because this one said they could get to me soonest since I was out of propane and out of hot water for 2 weeks now waiting. This morning, I get a phone call from Destiny saying they had an emergency and I have to be out of water for another week instead of being the next customer tomorrow morning which should be the norm if THEY have to delay. Still waiting to hear from district manager, Tony Ray with explanation.

Jemy did a really good job with our most recent delivery. We have been having construction on the property and we had numerous trades people on site. Jemy was super in negotiating the site without any damage. I have been happy with Hunt County/Griffith Propane.

Hunt Country Propane is simply the best! We’ve experienced sub-par customer service with other providers over the years, but since making the switch to HCP, we’ve never had an issue. A big thanks to Jemy for making sure our Christmas was warm and cozy!

Just had our most recent quarterly refill, and Jemy took great care of us as always. He never fails to be considerate of the yard and landscaping as he navigates the truck and equipment, and he always stops to chat for a couple minutes and ask how we're doing. I also really appreciate the extra touches that Hunt Country always puts into the final exchange -- the bag of chips, the magnet, and even a Christmas ornament this time around. Genuinely feel taken care of by this company and will happily be a customer for life. Thanks!
