Great shop; purchased from them over the phone as I had saw one of their listings on gunsinternational, and it was shipped out the same day. Arrived quickly and was securely packed.

Positively one of the best gun shops that I have ever visited. An extremely broad collection of firearms with so many rare battle pieces. I have never seen such well-preserved war relics - everything from the American Revolution to the modern era. Mr. Condon is extremely knowledgeable and assistive. Recently picked up a 1954 Polish TT-33 with zero regrets! Thank you David Condon Inc!

I don't care if they have a great assortment, or not, but I know this Britton dude lacks basic good manners. For me a no go.

Not impressed. Took a hundred year old Merkel Drilling in and the son told me he was going to do some research on it. I played d*** to see what he could do and never heard from him him again. I touched base and he reassured me he was looking into it... nothing. Made a lot of promises he never followed up on. All hat, no cattle.

Great customer service. Britton was very helpful with questions and concerns, and items were as described and shipped safely.

I bought a Springfield trapdoor from him 6/22. I spoke with him over the phone and he was very helpful and friendly. He answered all the questions i had. The listing was accurate and item was as described. bore was good and mechanics tight as advertised. I was able to negotiate on the price. Shipped it quickly. I didnt see there was a cleaning rod in the listing but it came with one so that was a pleasant surprise. I would buy from him again. I think he deserves a higher rating on here. what is hurting is score is that he sell many items and nobody leaves reviews. But when someone isnt happy they definitely will leave negative feedback.

I wish I knew where to start with this review. I saw a firearm I'd been seeking for a while listed by David Condon Inc. on a prominent firearms sales website, so I gave them a call to buy it. The listing noted that the firearm had not been test fired by them, so they could not guarantee that it works, which is fine by me.Initial impression was solid, the gentleman picked up the phone quickly, confirmed they had what I was after, and took my credit card information. When I asked him to ensure that he send me tracking info and an invoice so I can be sure to be home, as I have a C&R license, he said he couldn't hear me, was hard of hearing, blew me off, and hung up. Not a great impression after taking nearly $2000 from me without any hearing problems...I figured I'd give it a day and call back, giving them the benefit of doubt. The next few days I called to no avail, nobody picked up. When they finally picked up 3 business days later and I asked for a shipping confirmation the same gentleman who I'd spoken to previously told me the following:- He doesn't handle shipping, so he has no answer, and no he couldn't get anyone on the line who could help.- He'd leave them a note to send me tracking info- I should count myself lucky that they're shipping it at all, as they're currently busy. Excuse me what?!?! I just paid damn near $2000 and I should be lucky that you're sending me what I paid for??? Disgusting.I ended up pulling some strings and was able to get the shipping company to provide me the tracking number for the firearm in question, turns out it had already shipped two days after paying for it, so there's that. It finally arrived several days after I began tracking the package. Incidentally David Condon Inc. sent me a tracking number via email, about 30 minutes before the gun arrived. The mail was just the tracking number, no text at all. Luckily I was already tracking the item, so I was home that day and had planned accordingly. If I hadn't I would've missed it, which is a huge mess when shipping firearms. After this entire ordeal I was relieved and hopeful for what was inside the box, but I was sorely disappointed when I opened the box and retrieved a rifle that was hand tightened together so poorly that it literally fell apart in my hands. A quick disassembly revealed that the internals were completely mismatched, from various guns, the gun was unsafe to fire, and to top it off, was hand tightened together so poorly that it had fallen apart. It was literally shaky/janky. I understand not being able to guarantee a rifle working flawlessly, but when it's literally falling apart as you handle it? There's no excuse for that.Knowing how grossly incompetent David Condon Inc. is, I decided to cut my losses and hire a reputable gunsmith who is an expert with this specific firearm to restore and recover it. I have considered asking for a partial refund, and honestly I considered trying to return the rifle, but after this entire debacle I wouldn't trust them to not take the gun and my money and keep both.I've always disliked people that say "I'd give 0 stars if I could" but I finally understand these people, because trust me, I'd give these folks a negative amount of stars if I could.Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, I certainly will.

I was gonna sell my gat to this establishment but when I walked in, I was greeted by the man behind the counter asking me if he could get a picture of me and him. I got an Eyes Wide Shut vibe from the dude and was like ok, but it depends on what you gonna give me for my gently used Hi Point 9mm. He said "oh we don't buy guns from you people." I was about to pistol whip him upside his head but it's likely the townsfolk would have chased me into the fields on their horses and hunted me like in that movie Antebellum. I just left with my head held high and yelled "Cracka!" On the way out.

Very rude owner who was not interested in allowing anyone to view his gallery. When opening the door I was asked “What do you want?” “Would it be alright to look at your collection sir?” “Just looking? See yourself out.” was his reply. Fine hospitality and manners.

My father and I stopped in a couple weeks ago to look at all the wonderful antiques. David and his son are very friendly and have a wonderful retail shop. Will be visiting again soon!!

I have read a few negative comments about the shop and wanted to relay my experience. I bought an older Sako rifle (80s) and a Colt New Frontier (70s vintage) from them recently. Both were as advertised on line, both father and son were very engaging, and I received a discount for buying two. The prices before discount were completely appropriate. I don’t know how they could have done better, so I am surprised at the negative reviews.

Arrogant and condescending. Would NOT buy or sell with them. I was offered 10% of what antiques road show appraised my rifle for.

I purchased a Colt New Service from David Condon's shop in .45 Colt. When it arrived I discovered that the extractor was not correct or not fitted properly. I contacted David through the Guns International site the same the gun arrived. David sent me a text right away telling me to send it back it if I was dissatisfied. Once the gun was in his possession he sent me a beautiful gun to examine. He went far and beyond in making this right. I can not say enough about the way he and Britton Condon handled this issue. I would not hesitate to make future purchases.
