“Jim, Judy and the team at Shenandoah Valley Diesel are top notch. I was passing through the area when I had a breakdown. I was five hours from home and needed some help. I called Jim and he was more than willing to fit me in immediately even though his shop was very busy at the time. He and his team diagnosed and corrected the issues with my truck and in less than 6 hours had me back on the road. While I was there the team was very cordial and helpful. The only thing I am unhappy about is that this shop is so far from my home. You cannot go wrong trusting your diesel with this shop.”

“Quite literally life savers. Got a oil change at a different location on our vacation and they had put the wrong filter onto my car. They completed repairs at a reasonable price and helped me deal with a warranty company that ended up being a scam. If you talk to them when they’ve recommended an expensive repair they’ll give it to you straight and let you know what you can do to prolong the life of the vehicle so you can put off that repair as long as possible. “Dylan and his team have helped me out of a bind multiple times. Most recently, the drivers side window in my daughter's vw wouldn't roll up and found out the track came apart.
With in 3hrs of talking to Dylan the door panel was dismantled new parts ordered and installed and my daughter was back on the road. For only 200$

“Angels... Dickie and his team took care of us so well. We were day 1 in an 11 day road trip from Boston to Key West and back. In Staunton, this Goodyear service store in downtown took us in at 7am on a Monday, replaced our radiator, and had us back on the road by 11am. All with a friendly, helpful, caring demeanor. Clone Dickie, and put him and his team in every service venue !”
