“Bought a tv console that was a manager discounted item and (Chris?) whoever the general manager was, was accommodating and helped wrap the furniture item since it was open box so it didnt get damaged in transport. Good experience.”

I have been able to purchase exactly what I needed to make floral arrangements for 3 different events. You’re able to go into the cooler and pick out everything yourself.”

“This is a good work place but I have witnessed the guy shouting and yelling at workers. He talks down to the younger African American guys. He himself is Nigerian or something I'm guessing but workers have been let go because they stood up to him and demanded respect. I'm sure the cooperate office would not approve of this. He definitely needs to be fired himself. It's a lot of discrimination within himself how he treats younger men & new workers. I witnessed it several times in the store”
“It's Costco store is pretty clean. Seems like everybody is always in a rush to get everybody moving through customer service people are always friendly always nice selection and a great value. If you know what you're looking for overall the staff is really nice the tire section also has a good staff as well as the pharmacy.”

“A good place for buying Asian food prep for restaurant. You have to have a bussiness lisence to be a member. First time will be hard to find thing since most of the stuff are in boxes. This is pretty much the same type as restaurant depot, but have a lot more asian food items. So much cheaper than Cosco and BJ,and also no tax since you have a bussiness lisence.”
“I had a flat tire today and was unable to pump air due to me accidentally taking all the air out! So basically Anthony from the tire dept saw me struggling and didn’t even hesitate to help me, I’m definitely going to get my tire service here he was too nice, Costo give this man a raise and keep him!”

“I have received the absolute best service today. I called last night as I was having issues at BJ’s club in capital heights, md for a tire replacement. Frank told me to come in today after 2pm. I arrived a bit earlier and when I say they got me in and started my paperwork right away. Frank explained the warranty on my tires and then some. He was also able to provide me with the corporate number to file a complaint at the other location. I’m beyond happy and satisfied with the service. I’m definitely coming back here for future services of my tires. Sadly, Frank is leaving and I wish him the best of luck on his future endeavors.”

“Last week was looking for Cherry Juice, natural no sugar added, which we take for digestion. Found it at the Route 1 store, I asked at the Information desk & nothing appeared in their computers, the receptionist could not assist me. I have had issues with a knee and was wearing a knee brace. I decided to do the long painful walk & then I asked a lady who seemed to me as a supervisor where I could find the Fruit Juices, she was very kind and offered to walk me where they are, and thanks to her I was able to buy the 9 or 10 boxes, of 8 bothes of 2 quarts each, I paid some $6 each bottle for my family an friends. The lady then helped me get a huge cart & get all the boxes on it, helped me push it to the cashiers, and then helped me place the heavy boxes in my car, I asked her which department she works for, to my surprise she is Retired!!! and she is very proud of spending her own time to help at Costcoor anyone who needs help..I was amazed at the kindness without ny type of interest neither of recognition nor of monetary reward!! Her name is Ms Jennifer or Jenny and is local from Alexandria. I just have to say thank you Ms angel with wings at Costco, thanks to her I got what I needed and happily made the effort to pay the over $300 at my local Costco !!! AM”
