It’s been 5 weeks and I still have not received my package. “It’s being processed” for 5 weeks???

Turns out they took my package for a tour of Virginia and gave up at the end of the day and kept it instead of trying to do the right thing so thanks beefsteaks

This establishment does not know how to hold up their end of a promise and would rather sit on their butt for an hour until closing to avoid work if your package is rerouted here for no reason they’ve thrown it away and peed on it

I have come to this location 3 times. Everytime I do, the workers are unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend going here, they don’t help out and don’t give you the time of day.

At the passport center, one lady does her best not to help you. I came here twice for some service, but she doesn’t take any initiative to help!

Asian lady at the front desk provided the most awful service i have ever dealt with at a usps truly bringing the quality down… i asked for tape and for her to help me print out my label for shipping she had a printer and tape right next to her. She said we will not provide you tape, and we will not provide you a print out, you need to do that on your own. I asked can i please pay? She said no payment we will not be providing these services. I mean come on how hard is it to show some courtesy. I visited this store at 7:20pm they close at 8pm so by the time i would be back they would be closing… I have a very busy schedule and sparing and wasting the time today has left me very annoyed. I will not be visiting this location again

I went to renew my son’s passport, after a week I get a call from this post office saying that they did not include the money order I gave them with the passport application. Now I have to wait for my application to return to file again with the money order

Hope is her name she is the worst worker I ever seen she start screaming at me and my wife because I I wanted a money order she start freaking out… this is not how customers should be treated… she should not work here if she hates her job and screams at ppl absolutely terrible… if your next to this post office do not enter your better off driving to another location

Arrived early in the morning for the fingerprinting service only to be told the system was down and has been so since last week. Would have been nice to have a sign posted at the entry to let the customers know vice making them wait for a service that cannot be accomplished at this location.

The Manager Ms. Januki is very hands on and FIRST CLASS service !!! She approached all customers who were in the long line on this weekend to see if she could assist with anything. Surprisingly they have additional special service desk. She assisted me with my money order service and some other customers in very efficient manner. Within half minute she got it done! BRAVO! Thanks for making USPS great again :) ? ? ? ❤ ? ? ?
