Don’t do the free shipping. Ordered over a week and half ago. Sent by fed ex still shows they are delivering. Still have not received package. Try to contact zip bot vet helpful. Will most likely find another vendor seems they have issues lately

Talked to Amy today about purchasing my rear end for my 1974 Corvette. Amy was extremely nice and helpful. I can’t wait to put my new parts in my beautiful 1974 Corvette 4 speed manual transmission to the Zip heavy duty rear end Amy matched for me. Looking forward to more restoration and working with Amy.

Needed foam replacement and spring kit for my corvette seats. Ecklers told me it would take weeks to get these parts and my upholstery shop was waiting on me. Zip Corvette had my parts in stock and they arrived the next day. Great service and I will use them from now on for my parts from now on.

I really hate to post reviews like this but, when the supplier completely abandons their customer service, as a consumer I'm left with very little choice. I've been using Zip for years and have spent mega $$$$ with them in the restoration of my various corvettes. Always had good luck with them until about 3 weeks ago. I purchased new mufflers for my '61 and brought them to my mechanic to be installed. The next day the mechanic called me to tell me that the tailpipes also needed to be replaced. I emailed Zip to confirm the correct part number and ordered them. They showed up about a week later and I brought them to my mechanic to install. He called me the next day to tell me that the new tailpipes were too large for the muffler. I reached out to Zip and they told me the part number I purchased was the correct part number. I sent them photos from my mechanic showing the size difference and they responded that I could send them back (on my dime which would have cost me around $50). My mechanic told me that he could enlarge the muffler pipes so that they would fit and seal the tailpipes. I told him to go ahead which ended up costing me $300. I asked Zip to credit me the $190 I spent on the tailpipes since they were incorrect. The Zip customer service rep (Dan) told me that he couldn't authorize the credit and that I needed to speak with their manager Andy. So I called Andy and got his VM. I left a message explaining the situation and asked that he call me. After three days of no call from Andy I contacted Dan again. He suggested that I try calling Andy again since he knew that Andy was at his desk. So I tried calling Andy again and, surprise surprise, I got his voicemail. Once again I asked him to please call me. Well....that was 5 days ago and still no call back from Andy. I reached back out to Dan and asked him who Andy's boss was. He said he didn't know since Zip was recently bought out by a large corporation. I told Dan that if he didn't get with Andy and call me to resolve the matter that I would be leaving negative feedback. Soooo...here I am with no recourse but to let other corvette owners of my experience. I take no pleasure in leaving negative feedback but sometimes thats the only recourse we have as a consumer.

I been using Zip for years. I had a situation where I ordered the wrong mufflers. I sent them back for an exchange. I had a Zip-Corvette "free shipping" promotion email that I asked to use to ship the replacement mufflers to me. The coupon was still valid. I'm guessing they did not want to honor it. Every time, I asked them about it, they would give me some weird response like "your ordered shipped" or "call us" and never answer the phone. Totally sucks.

We bought prefabricated seats for $1,500 for my 1981 Corvette and my husband is rewrapping them right now. Very unprofessional! They look like a kid put them together. We could have bought the foam separate and did them ourselves but paid extra to have them done right
! We will never order anything else from them again. We have most of the interior left to do, they missed out.
