I love this Walgreens and ("Waiman L" --the Pharmacy Manager) has ALWAYS been VERY POLITE, PLEASANT, and goes out of his way to assist customers. I've observed this for myself in how he treats me and how he treat other customers. It's not in his personality to conduct himself in the way some of these negative reviews have claimed. This is one of the BEST Walgrees!!!

Unfortunately this pharmacy is consistently slow and inefficient. I have never been able to pick up a prescription and it take less than 20-30 minutes in drive through line or in person. Additionally, prescriptions take over 2 hours to fill. This issue is made worse by unfriendly associates that will not provide answers on delays.

BE AWARE!!!!! The store manager is horrible with a unprofessional attitude toward the elderly. I went in with my wife and she asked for her prescription and was met with "Waiman L." Which is the store manager, and his reply was either take a seat or i will kick you out of my store!!! HE IS A VERY DISGUSTING PERSON.i will be also directing my complaints to corporate, which he also has no respect for. I cannot believe walgreens would have this person as a manager what an embarrassment.

This is the slowest pharmacy drive thru. I don't understand why they let people sit at the window waiting for their prescriptions to be filled. Makes no sense. Why can't they come back 20 minutes later?? The rest of us only need to pick up what's already done.

Big space, air conditioned, and even bathrooms available! Most drug stores I know don't have this! I couldn't find anything I wanted but a great place to stop by!

I am addicted to the "Medication'" that my Dealer / Doctor sends here. Typically I score here once a month. I go inside, that's right inside. No more corners for me to stand on or shady guy under a lamp. They don't use ziplock baggies but put my "Blood Pressure" meds in a very official looking orange bottle. Very little lines, every one is friendly and the bathroom is super clean. Once I get my fix I stride out the front door, the parking lot is conveniently located right off Chamberlayne. No cops on the corner or rival gangs try to push their product on me. I have so much confidence in this Med House that I will even buy some "Cat Food" for my "Cats". They even put it in A Friskies branded bag. To kewl...This place is dope !

Came here disgruntled from Kroger and this Walgreens completely turned my day around!Transferred my common Rx the day before Thanksgiving and picked it up the day after (in the drive-thru) and even got a lollipop! Grape, my favorite! Customer service with kindness and personality, thank you, and yes, I'll be back.

Do not use this pharmacy! Rude and condescending! My doctor prescribed a prescription due to my fast heart beat! I needed the medicine today and guess what…when I called in at 6:45pm the system stated “the pharmacy was closed for the evening!” I called the store manager who put me through to the pharmacy. I spoke with the rudest person I have ever spoken with! He stated no prescription was submitted. My concern was I saw the doctor (on her computer) submit the prescription at 4:00pm! He stated it was the doctors office issue! Well with their phone system being off and them trying to fix it (per the rude man) maybe their system did not receive the prescription?! That’s my guess! On my way to the hospital to get meds that my Pharamcy lost and can’t fill now!!!! Go to the two other pharmacy’s in the area don’t take a chance! Who knows with the phone issue, lost prescriptions the next thing would be filling the WRONG prescription!
